“For a small town hotel it was great”

“My kids and I stayed here in June 2026 on our way to the Black Hills during a cross country camping trip. Our room was great, and we very much appreciated the filtered water and hot shower. There is a Pizza Hut across the street and a family style dinner across the parking lot; this made dinner so convenient for us as we did not want to travel far. “Room was clean, although breakfast was horrible, juice was expired, nothing on the breakfast bar, except stale muffins.”

“Hotel was horrible. Carpet was wet, room felt and smelt damp. Our room had an armchair with a seat cushion that didn’t match the chair and the vinyl on the cushion was all ripped up. Big hole in the carpet. Bedding was stained. There was a mysterious sauce stain on the phone handle. The phone didn’t have a way to contact the front desk. Ceiling had holes both in the room and hallway. The outside siding was severely damaged”

“David the manager was very helpful. He gave me a discount on expedia stay because of a loud guest next door. Unfortunately expedia overroad his discount and charged my card the full amount.”
