“This was an exceptional property and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The owner was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately clean and the view of the river was beautiful. We had to leave early in the morning and the owner left out a packaged breakfast for us. We would definitely stay there again.”

“Parking is a bit hit & miss as it’s in shared public parking . Our registration was taken at check-in so you don’t get fined for parking however they got it wrong & day 1 we got a parking fine ! A trip to reception was needed to sort it but just felt hotel staff were a little careless . Otherwise pretty good & nice location near the water . ”

Camere grandi ma non bellissime, la nostra però era vista mare/porto, davvero notevole. La zona è molto bella, quindi la posizione è ottima soprattutto in prospettiva di visitare il nord di Vancouver.”

“The hotel rooms were very comfortable and amenities like a full kitchen as well as a washer/dryer in the unit are a great feature. The staff were friendly and responded quickly. Unfortunately, the area around the hotel did not feel safe. I witnessed drug use on the sidewalk as I walked on the street next to the hotel. This was during the day.”

“Location not in downtown, but inna nice area with all comforts and accessible via Skytrain. Nice staff at the reception, my special note to Alex, good foid at breakfast. Room a bit out to date, especially considering the price paid. ”

“Great overall, the only two things we didn't love were the lack of parking. We barely had a real stall, but made it work. The other issue was the to go coffee lids were a pain in the but to fit the cups. They really don't fit well. Minor issue over all but was a little frustrating at the time. The great coffee made up for that though! ;) Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Had a great view of grouse mountain. A nice touch is a hand written letter from the general manager. “It was a basic room no frills. The staff were very nice and helpful. Close to Horse shoe bay terminal. It suited us for one night only. The resto attached was not very good and prices were high. Not impressed with the resto .”
