An unfortunate incident happened. I had guests booked with Airbnb and Vbro whom I always thought were home away booked these guests and I did not get any notification of their booking. So I was shocked when I received a call from guests telling me they had a booking at Casa da Noleen during those dates. I had registered with Home and Away and never did any confirmation that they had been bought over by a new organisation. To my surprise I received a call from supposedly guests that they were checking in. This app is confusing and misleading. I never received anything from them to notify me of any changes. This is not good for business reviews. I also never received anything from the guests until the supposed date they were supposed to check in. This new company that took over from Home and Away has never notified me of this client coming in December. This is highly suspicious and confusing to me.
