Casa splendidamente arredata direttamente sul Golfo del Messico con piscina privata, rampa privata della barca, molo e stabilimento balneare all'aperto. La casa è luminosa e ariosa con grandi finestre per più viste dell'acqua. Situato alla fine di una tranquilla strada residenziale, la proprietà paesaggistica tropicale è privata e tranquilla.

La zona soggiorno ha una TV a grande schermo e un tavolo da gioco adiacente. Un grande portico attaccato al secondo piano con vista sull'oceano corre lungo la casa per pranzi all'aperto e relax. La cucina è grande e completamente attrezzata con un bancone in granito. C'è una TV a schermo piatto e un DVD nella camera da letto principale con bagno privato. Vi è una grande doccia esterna da utilizzare dopo una giornata di attività acquatiche.

Ci sono 80 piedi di attracco per le imbarcazioni in acque protette con accesso all'unica barriera corallina vivente degli Stati Uniti e ad alcune delle migliori attività di pesca sportiva al mondo. House ha la sua piscina cocktail e la spiaggia privata di fronte all'acqua. Puoi kayak, pesce, paddle board, nuotare o fare snorkeling proprio al largo del molo.

La maratona si trova nel "cuore delle chiavi", a 50 miglia da Key Largo e 50 da Key West e la nostra casa è a pochi passi da ristoranti, cinema, teatro dal vivo, negozi, bar, ecc. Siamo a diverse miglia dal famoso Seven Mile Bridge. Nelle vicinanze sono disponibili musei, snorkeling, kayak, mountain bike, battute di pesca e immersioni di fama mondiale. Una delle spiagge più belle delle Keys, Sombrero Beach, è a un miglio e mezzo di distanza. O guidare lungo la strada per il parco statale Bahia Honda con spiagge, pesca e snorkeling. Basta portare pantaloncini, magliette e infradito e il resto è in attesa di una fantastica vacanza all'insegna del relax.

My husband and I and our 12 year old golden retriever stayed at this house for a week in January. The outdoor area and fenced yard was perfect, she loves watching fish so the lighted dock was a big draw, as well as the privacy offered by this home. The porch was wonderful with plenty of seating. The weather was miserable 5 out of the 7 days we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy it very much, but definitely plan to return.The indoor spaces were clean and comfortable. Loved the location as well, approximately 5-10 minutes to the beach, grocery, great restaurants and airport.

Hands down this is the best place we have ever stayed at! The private boat ramp located on the property is a very rare find. The pool and hot tub overlooking the water is amazing! The owners have supplied the property with everything from kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, pool floats…you name it and it’s there! The home is very clean and well stocked. The living area and kitchen area is huge as well. The views are stunning from the house, pool and dock! We snorkeled, fished and kayaked every day right from the dock. We had the best week with our kids and grandkids and can’t wait to come back! Jamie is great to work with and very responsive and helpful!

Appliances, bathrooms, and bedrooms were clean. Pools, water toys and outdoor space made the property. This was our first visit to the Keys and the outdoor space saved the trip. We love the Florida beaches but the Key beaches are not great. This did not affect my property review. The property owner responded quickly however we were not given notice of the boat ramp being used by other people. The plumbers who showed up and somehow came into the locked gate unannounced, the contractor who yelled from the gate asking for Ben. Despite that I would recommend this house for vacation especially because it was clean!!

Perfect stay!

Our trip to this home was nothing short of incredible. Everything you read about in the description is spot on plus you’ll experience amazing sunsets from the dock or even sitting in the hot tub. We quickly found our favorite spots in Marathon but we were also very happy just hanging out at the house - playing pool, riding bikes, fishing, etc. Communication with the owners is the best I’ve ever had with a rental. They reply immediately and they are truly so kind. Book this home, you will not regret it one bit. We left with memories we will never forget!

Wonderful stay with family

Beautiful location and lovely home! The kids loved playing in the pool. Adults enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. Lots to do in Marathon, and the home is centrally located. Just a short 5 minute drive over to the public beach.

Paradise!

This property did not disappoint. The location is spectacular, being minutes away from scuba diving, grocery, dining, and Key Fisheries for fresh local seafood. There is also a wonderful wildlife preserve within kayaking, walking or biking distance. Outdoor spaces were pristine and the pool was cleaned/serviced two times during our stay. The kayaks and paddle boards provided at the property were in great shape and used daily by our family. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas to enjoy as well. The house was exactly as expected and had a well stocked kitchen for cooking. This is definitely a home we will look forward to visiting again in the future. The icing on the cake was seeing a manatee right off the dock the morning we checked out. The property owner was helpful and thorough and provided great information.

Magical stay in the keys

This home is perfect for an active family. We enjoyed meals on the porch deck and evenings on the dock. We snorkeled, we kayaked, we paddle boarded, all right off the dock. This place is a great place for a casual, adventurous family vacation with no need to leave the home to experience all the natural beauty the keys has to offer.

Family vacation

Everything was very nice! Loved being able to put boat in. Everyone had something to do. Kids in the pool, adults snorkeling in front of house and fishing of the dock. They easily drove the boat offshore to dive. Everything was extremely convenient,clean and comfortable!

Favorite spot in Marathon

We enjoyed our second year in a row with family and friends at this amazing property. We noticed all the upgrades that were made. Especially the downstairs garage and game area. With the great weather we had, the pool was very refreshing. Having your own boat launch on the property is a huge bonus. We had no problems trailering in a 27ft Cape Horn. The dock area also made it very easy to kayak and paddleboard. Everyone was a huge fan of the outside cabana bath. The inside of the house is very open and spacious. Plenty of room for cooking and card games. The views are also spectacular. If you’re looking for perfect sunsets and total privacy this house does not disappoint. Jamie is also very gracious and attentive to any of your needs. Don’t pass this place up. Until next time Marathon. Mary Ann and Terry

Amazing sunsets

Property was exactly as described. Plenty of room for 3 couples. We used the Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes every day! The pool was great! Grocery store only 5 minutes away and lots of restaurants close by too. The sunsets were amazing!!

We had a wonderful week at the residence

The house had all the accommodations of Home everything the listing said about the home was right. The outdoor part of the home was awesome. The pool and hot tub was great. Three grandsons got the fish every day and catch fish. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Family Getaway

The property looks even more beautiful in person than the pictures portray. The location is perfect for enjoying all the keys north or south and perfect for enjoying what Marathon has to offer. The pool and hot tub were perfect and sparkling clean. The paddle boards, kayaks and games were great entertainment. The only negative was the noisy construction going on next door. Wonderful stay, highly recommend, would stay here again, no doubt.

Everything you could ever ask for in a vacation home

Our family had a great time in this house. It has everything that you could ask for. Located right on the water on the gulf side, it has great views and exceptional sunsets. The pool and hot tub are great also. The pool is heated in case you get a cool day. We fished from the dock and caught quite a few different types of fish. At night, tarpon swim under the dock lights. The house also is equipped with kayaks, paddle boards and fishing gear. It really was an outstanding experience.
