Sip a cocktail on your patio as the sun sets over the marina, painting the sky in stunning colors. Boaters will love the convenience—dock your vessel right behind the villa for easy access to Hawks Cay Marina and endless adventures on the water.

The SPACE:
Enjoy the comfort of having the entire townhome to yourself! This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa has been renovated from top to bottom, offering a fresh, coastal feel throughout.
Both upstairs bedrooms feature queen beds, with an additional queen pull-out sofa downstairs for extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your basic cooking essentials, and you’ll find linens, towels, and shower amenities ready for your stay.
While this villa does not include a boat slip, Hawks Cay Marina offers slips that can be reserved separately—be sure to book early!

The Majestic Marina Villa is not affiliated with Hawks Cay Resort, and guests do not have access to the resort’s pools or Coral Cay Children’s Center.
You’ll still enjoy access to public amenities like restaurants, bars, marina services, Calm Waters Spa (by appointment), Dolphin Connection, tennis, parasailing, and water sports rentals.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
No trailers of any kind are allowed on this property or in the parking lot. Unassigned parking for 2 cars is allowed.
***The unit is privately owned and not a part of Hawks Cay Resort, therefore our guests DO NOT have access to hotel-owned amenities including their pools.
Dock slip reservations can be reserved through Hawks Cay Marina. The unit does not come with a slip.

Accurate Listing

The unit is very nice and in a great location! The listing is very accurate. The communication with Carla was good. A few mishaps:1. There was construction outside of the unit during our stay that woke us very early on the first morning. The owner gave us a discount, but it still impacted our stay and made it tough to pay rationalize the amount we paid that night.2. The a/c system is very loud and it would wake us when it would go on.Additionally, many of the units on the property have access to the resort. Ours did not. Wish we would have been allowed to use the resort pool, as it appeared we had the exact same towels as they gave at the pool.

Wonderful stay

Place was clean and cozy. Only disappointment was that both lounge chairs on the upper deck were broken so we couldn’t sit outside and enjoy the view. I contacted property manager. Location was an easy ride to Marathon and Key West.

Great stay!

The layout of this property is perfect for two couples or a family, and was our favorite of several in the FL Keys! It is steps from the dock in a nice, quiet community yet close to a few restaurants and some busier keys. We’d love to return!

Vacation Get A Way

Very clean property. Check in process was a breeze with Carla the home owner. Condo is as described in listing. Comfortable beds. We rented a boat from the folks at Pier 68 and also rented a boat slip right behind the condo. Walked out each morning and got on the boat and hung out at Grassy Key sand bar which is only 2 miles south of the condo. Would recommend the condo to anyone and will definitely stay again.

Bliss in the Keys

Duck Key is the perfect location to take advantage of all that the Keys has to offer; and this sweet little condo is a comfortable and scenic place to stay. The sunsets are spectacular and we loved watching the boats go by. We would definitely rent again if it’s available the next time we visit the Keys!

Graduation Gift for Grandson

Our grandson requested a fishing excursion for his graduation gift. We chose the area because of its great fishing and this villa was the best choice we made. We literally walked to our captains’ boats each morning and cooked our catch in our kitchen!

Amazing stay

The Marina front location is beautiful and very convenient to explore the different keys. Carla has been very responsive and prompt with communication and addressing any needs. Hoping we are able to return to the Keys soon again. Highly recommend!

Relaxing and Beautiful Location

The Duck Key community is gorgeous, quiet, and enjoyable. We loved having coffee in the morning watching the charter boats leave the marina. Grocery store and restaurants are a short drive into Marathon. A day trip to Key West is possible and a lovely drive as well as access to other sites on the many Key Islands. Carla was attentive and provided a lot of ideas of things to do in a welcome book that we appreciated. Great spot!! Would stay here again for sure!

Lobster hunting

We had a perfect stay for lobster hunting and deep sea fishing. Slept very well, comfortable mattresses, woke up in the morning and had coffee and breakfast on the porch and then rolled right out the front door into the boat docked at the marina. It was so convenient and super fun.
