Welcome to The Conch House, a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront home located at Mile Marker 49.5 in Marathon.

Set on a canal in protected Boot Key Harbor, the home offers approximately 50 feet of private dockage, a minimum canal depth of about 5 feet, and quick ocean access. It is also less than one mile from the 33rd Street public boat ramp, grocery stores, restaurants, Home Depot, and West Marine.

Parking is available for up to three vehicles and one boat trailer, or up to four vehicles without a trailer, depending on vehicle size. RVs, campers, and motorhomes are not permitted.

Important Notes

*Pool heat is available for $300 per week (plus tax) and $42.86 per additional day (plus tax). Requests must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Requests made within 24 hours of check-in or after arrival are subject to an additional $75 activation fee (plus tax) and no refunds will be issued if a specific temperature is not reached.

*3.9% Cancellation fee applies to ALL cancellations.

* Pet friendly (dogs only) – pre-approval required

* Pet fee: $250 per pet plus tax(max 2, 50lb limit). Please do not allow pets on beds or furniture. If pet hair is found, an extra fee equal to the cleaning fee will apply.

*Please note that a signed guest agreement is required prior to check-in. To facilitate this, we will need an email address to send the DocuSign document.

* We provide a complimentary starter pack of paper towel, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soap, trash bags & dish sponge.

* Kayaks are heavy, and dock height may make launching difficult for some guests

*Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bedroom and bed descriptions thoroughly.

* This home may only be available from Saturday – Saturday during peak season.

* Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.

* Saturday–Saturday bookings may be required during peak and holiday seasons
