New 4/3 Private Single Family - 2 min to ocean, kayaks, paddleboards, bicycles

Blue Treasure at Sombrero Beach is a 2020 built single-family home on a large lot within walking distance to the beautiful Sombrero beach and 2 minute boat ride to the ocean. This house is a private, fully equipped, 4/3 that has three king memory foam beds and one queen memory foam mattress in the bedrooms. We have one queen sofa memory foam pullout couch. All the rooms have a TV w/ cable & Netflix. We also have a separate downstairs area that we provide kayaks, paddle boards, and bicycles at no additional cost. The ping pong table is located downstairs as well and has paddles and extra balls for your use. License #:VACA-20-150

Our home is very unique because we are located perfectly in marathon for the avid boater or the family that wants to get away to a piece of paradise. We are within 5 minutes walking to the beach and a 2 minute boat ride to the open ocean. We have a 52' private dock and private pool that is included for all renters (during the winter we include the heater to renters for free). We have paddle boards, bicycles and kayaks included in the price of our home.

We have a refrigerator downstairs to avoid all of the up and down for drinks, ice, etc...
Beach cooler provide so you can take to the beach for your convenience. We also have 4 beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas that you can take down to the beach. We just ask that you rinse them when you get back.

Very clean, modern up to date furniture, and very nice set up overall! Everything was in its place, lots of amenities and they were quick to answer any questions we had. We brought our boat and the dock set up was great! Highly recommend, we will be back for sure!

I have been renting near sombrero beach in marathon fl for over 10 years. The houses were nice but this was the first house that was very nice but lack absolute nothing. Everything that we needed for our 2 weeks stay was there, There was 5 adults and we all enjoyed ourselves. How could you not, There was so many things to play with. Bikes, kayaks, pool, dock, ping pong etc etc also we walked to the beach a few times a day. Grocery stores nearby. Very very clean Definitely a 10 plus.

Great week at Blue Treasure

We have been staying in the Upper Keys for a decade and this was our first time spending a whole week in Marathon. The house was lovely, perfect for our multigenerational family gathering. The kids loved the pool and proximity to the beach & playground. The adults loved the bikes and kayaks. There were plenty of games to play on the one day we had bad weather. The pool was the perfect temperature and we were visited by several iguanas almost every day. We guessed that other guests have been feeding them, because they aren’t scared of people. We loved visiting Dockside, Herbies, Castaways, and Sparkies—just to name a few restaurants and tiki bars. Porky’s was a fun mini-golf—definitely unique!

Fantastic

Had a great time at a fantastic home. Dennis responded within minutes to any question we had. The open space under the house was perfect for sitting around playing games or just relaxing and talking about our day. Walked and biked to the beach a number of times. Used the pool, bikes, kayaks, ping pong table, water badminton game, played water volleyball. And had a couple of iguanas stop by to say hi while we were sitting around the pool. No complaints at all, had a fantastic time.

Amazing week at the Blue Treasure

We had a wonderful time at the Blue Treasure with our family of 10 (with 4 kids ages 3 and under). The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. At one point we couldn’t get something to work and the owners came over right away and helped us out. It was so nice to be able to walk to Sombarro Beach and we’re lucky enough to get to witness two turtles being released back into the ocean by the Turtle Hospital. We definitely created many memories this week. Thank you for such a great property.

This house has everything you need for a week in the Keys!!!

This property exceeded our expectations. The home was perfectly cleaned and had EVERYTHING you could need. Large kitchen with plenty of dining spaces in multiple locations. 4 large bedrooms all with very comfortable beds. Dock on canal for quick, easy access to the ocean. LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the area under the house. Lots of good memories playing corn hole, ping pong, and volleyball in the pool!!! Always gave us something fun to do even when there were afternoon showers! Dennis was a very hands on host and was available any time we called…even coming to the property with fresh bagels!!! Thank you Dennis!!! See you next year!!!

Amazing home! Very clean!

We loved this rental! It was super clean and had so many things to do on the property! We loved the pool, kayaks, paddle boards, ping pong, corn hole and bikes! It was so nice having access to the canal and somewhere to dock a boat. This was the most stocked rental home I’ve ever been to. Everything you need is there. Publix and Winn Dixie is right down the street. We rented a pontoon boat and went out to Sombrero Reef. It was the best snorkeling I’ve ever experienced! So many fish!

Family Vacation with most accommodations at any VRBO ever

Our 2 week stay , 7 adults, family vacation was unbelievable at Blue Treasure. The home was more than a 10. Everything you can possibly need is in their vacation home. Dennis was communicating every step of the way. They also provided Kayaks, bikes, paddle boards, ping pong , bean bag toss, fishing poles, ect. Beds were very comfortable, location was so close to Sombrero Beachthat you could easily walk. Would difinitely recommend it as well as stay here again. Located in Marathon avatar from the main road, and right in the middle of the Keys for easy driving to Key West or Key Largo. Thank you Dennis

Fabulous Rental

This was an excellent house and was set up very nicely with pool, ping pong, corn hole, extra refrigerator downstairs, and outdoor couch. You don’t need anything but the basics as they have thought of everything. Their Mother’s Day and graduation welcoming were really appreciated and a wonderful touch!

Amazing

My family and I stayed in this wonderful property for spring break and it was amazing! So much was provided along with this rental that made things so much easier for our family. The games, kayaks, paddle boards and swimming pool were a big hit. We loved that we were so close to the beach and that bikes were provided to bike our gear to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the dock and watching the fish jump and were hoping to see manatees. This house is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this property

Everything you need!

This property has everything you will need for a great trip to Marathon--look no further and book now!: - Plenty of space: while the house may look small from the outside, somehow, they were able to fit four bedrooms and three bathrooms (including a spacious master bathroom) on one floor! Sure, the rooms get a little tight with the king beds, but you're not going to do much other than sleep on the bed, and I'd rather have king beds than queen. You could easily sleep four couples here. We also never ran out of hot water. - Well-stocked: has just about anything you could need. Plenty of kitchen appliances, laundry detergent, a massive basket full of beach towels so you'll never run out. - Thoughtfully appointed: ground-level fridge is a nice touch to keep drinks close to the pool. The beach chairs/umbrellas and coolers are great to have for a day at the beach. I wish I would have used the telescope in the master bedroom (with not much city lights, the stargazing is great!). - Location can't be beat: has a dock where you can watch Manatees, fish, or keep a boat. Super close walk to the beach. Also very close to Publix and Winn-Dixie. - Excellent communication: hosts responded to emails almost immediately both before and after the stay. - Good for kids: included a high chair and Pack-n-Play for kids. - Accommodating hosts: hosts graciously purchased an item for the home that we wanted to have at the house but was awkward to pack. - Excellent pool: Pool is heated to the mid-80's and there is plenty of nice furniture around the pool deck. Since the photos that are on the property listing were taken, the owners have purchased more furniture for lounging by the pool. - Very quiet neighborhood - Sombrero Beach: beach is close, and though it is not super deep and can get busy, it was always quiet and relaxing. Sand is super soft without shells. Can't go wrong with the beach. Also has a playground for kids.

Perfect Vacation House!

This was by far the cleanest, most well kept, well stocked rental I have used! We came with family and friends for a week of relaxing and exploring the Keys. All of the beds were so comfortable! The kitchen is fully stocked, they even had laundry soap for guest use which came in handy after our trips to the beach. We loved riding the bicycles to the beach, which is just a few minutes away. We made use of the private dock and brought our boat. The channel was easy to navigate to get to the ocean. There are several great restaurants easily accessed by a short boat ride. The pool was heated and felt great after a long day of exploring. There are a couple of close grocery stores, and lots of restaurants nearby. We took a day trip to Key West which was about an hour drive. I think we could have doesn’t another day there! So much to do. The hosts were available via cell phone or email, though we never needed them, everything was perfect!
