When it’s time to explore, you’re in a great area for fishing and kayaking. You’re conveniently located to shopping, dining, and entertainment, as well as a boat ramp for easy access to the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico. If you crave a day on the sand, Sombrero Beach is nearby.

After a day out, come home and relax in the central AC while you get comfy on the couch. Fire up the gas grill for a simple dinner and enjoy the deck. Drift off to sleep in one of two comfortable bedrooms, but not before stepping back out to that balcony to toast your good luck at booking the perfect Keys escape.

By booking this property—whether directly with us or through a third party site—you and your party expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. A deposit or completed booking serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms. After your reservation is confirmed, the Terms and Conditions will be sent to you via an e-sign document, which is required to be completed. If the e-sign is not completed, access to the virtual guidebook and arrival details will not be provided. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Additionally, we will request certain information that third-party sites may not collect, as we are required to have specific details on file per company policy and local city regulations.

This property is dog friendly, but please review the following guidelines regarding pet approval and fees:

- You must indicate that you are bringing a dog when booking; however, pet fees are never included during the booking process.

- Regardless of whether you book directly with us or through a third party site, all pet fees are added after the reservation is made.

- All dogs must be approved prior to booking, and breed restrictions may apply due to insurance guidelines. (60 pounds max)

- Pet fees are non-refundable, taxable, and charged per dog, with pricing based on breed and weight. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed.

- This property is dog friendly only—no cats or other animals are permitted.

- Failure to disclose a dog and pay the required pet fee may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.
