Dog-Friendly Gulf-Front Home w/ Private Pool/Dock, Fast WiFi, and Washer/Dryer

  • With beautiful views of the gulf, a brand new pool, and a newly remodeled interior, this open and spacious two-bedroom home is located on a deepwater canal that can accommodate large boats, making it the perfect place to stage a fun-filled vacation with family and friends. Head down to the private dock and untie the boats to take the family out for a day on the water then come home to fire up the private gas grill for a fun-filled barbecue. You'll love spreading out in the living room to watch a good movie on the flatscreen TV while snuggling up on the comfy furniture. The full kitchen includes all the appliances and counter space you'll need to prepare delicious meals, plus a stacked washer and dryer in case the kids pick up any stains. You can serve six guests on the glass-top dining table and there's nothing like an al-fresco meal out on the balcony. You can take the provided beach towels out to Sunset Park for your afternoons on the sand, and the private pool is a great place to relax whenever you want a break from all the fun. Have a little work to do while you're here? You'll find a work desk and chair and the home's fast WiFi will make it easy to perform a bit of online research for those last-minute projects. Don't forget to use the partial AC and ceiling fans to keep the home cool on those hot summer days.

Excellent!

The property was exactly as advertised! The view was great, the location was convenient to shopping, and allowed easy access to the Overseas Highway. The pool was marvelous and the interior bright and spacious! I would stay there again.

59th Anniversary Trip

This home was perfect for us. The location was perfect. Beautiful views from the front and back decks. It was peaceful and private. The pool and lounge chairs on the canal were great for dunning and watching the sea turtles and manatee that visited us. We would highly recommend this traditional Florida Keys home!

Clean comfy home

Overall our stay was great. There was no fish cleaning table but one was delivered the day we were checking out and you will need to bring a long extension cord to charge batteries as there is not an outlet real close. The home was very clean. Overall I would stay there again.

Property was in a good location to visit different areas of the keys. House was well stocked with linens and kitchen necessities. Has multiple a/c units that kept the inside temp nice. House was clean and tidy when we arrived.

Very relaxing with amazing views.

Super cute property with amazing views in the front and back. My boys loved fishing off the dock and cooling off in the pool after. The property is small but makes great use of the space. It’s well stocked. The property needs some TLC but it was still very nice.

Beautiful place. Manatees were visiting us every day. Fishing off the deck was great. Fresh Mangrove snappers for dinner every night, delicious. Pool, awesome. Far enough from route 1, still close to all the shops. 6 min drive to Publix. Clean property. I hope I can go back there soon.

Nice week away

Overall we had a nice time. Pool and dock were nice(we rented a boat). The house was as listed and fit our family of 5 perfectly. Complaints would be that the bed in the main bedroom was quite uncomfortable (lumpy) and that we didnt have enough toilet paper! Only 1 spare roll in addition to the one partial out. Not enough for a week with 5 people and it was thanksgiving day that we ran out ao we had to go pay $3 for a single roll at the gas station. toiletbpapwr! Only 1 spare r

2nd Stay not the charm

We stayed last year and the house was perfect. We rented again and was disappointed as it seems like there is a lack of care for the property by the property maintenance crew. We had ants in the bedrooms and the air conditioner did not work properly in the master bedroom. No follow up calls from local Vacasa rep on the ant issue. Had to deal with it all week!

Horrible

The house was beautifully appointed. Unfortunately, there was construction rehabbing the house next door going on every single day that we were there from 8-5 and sometimes later. Saws, hammers, wood being hauled, yelling, trucks coming and going. We were uncomfortable using the pool and back area until after they had left at night. We contacted VACASA and they offered us a free lunch. They had no other properties available and would not give us a refund. Traveling from Minnesota for peace and relaxation was a total failure. In the past, when renting from another organization, when there was construction going on like this, the owners contacted us ahead of time and gave us the option to cancel. We will never rent from VACASA again.
