Step outside to your in-ground saltwater pool, 90-foot dock, and crystal-clear canal with direct Atlantic Ocean access—ideal for boating, fishing, diving, and water sports. Enjoy the sea breezes from the upper decks, grill your fresh catch, or unwind poolside in the fenced yard.

Excellent host, excellent stay!!

Property exceeded expectations. The heated pool was wonderful, especially during the first week when weather was chilly. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed!! Beds were very comfortable and house was well stocked with linens and towels!! Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in spending a month in paradise!!

Perfect for People & Pets

We come to the upper and middle Keys almost annually and have hopped around vacation rentals since we have some special needs as a relates to our pets. This property was ideal because in addition to the two bedrooms and main living area upstairs, it has a ground level "apartment" with two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, a great living area and a kitchenette, all of which seems recently updated. Although we used it to help care for our senior dog with joint issues, it would be perfect for a blended family or guest privacy. The property is very well appointed list kayaks and grilling and pool toys and a huge dock great for fishing off of. Other than Memorial Day weekend, the neighborhood is very quiet (except for yard/pool cleaning days) and the neighbors are very friendly. We spent the month here and during that time we ran into a couple of snags, but the property owner, Paul, answered texts within 5 minutes each time and was extremely responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again in the future.

We enjoyed renting this home. The owner was very accommodating and quick to reply to any questions we had during our visit. We had plenty of room for our family and friends who visited throughout our stay. The outdoor entertaining/pool area was amazing, and the amenities were great. We had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Thank you, Paul!
