There is plenty of room for a boat or two with over 75’ of dockage. Boaters will enjoy how convenient the location is to the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Ocean. This recently refreshed three bed, two bath home is ground level (no stairs!) and has a giant screened porch for relaxing after a long day on the water. Pictures don't do it justice

The bedrooms were easily big enough, not small and cramped. The kitchen had all the needed pots and pans, cups, bowls, plates, etc. There is plenty of seating between the living area, dining area, and great sized patio with large table and lounging area.

Roomy clean and good location

Spent a week and had a wonderful time! Comfortable beds, roomy home, and as advertised. Only encountered 1 problem with the door lock but the owner had a repair person show up to fix it quickly. Lanai was spectacular and many outdoor seating choices! Close to beaches and many great restaurants. Highly recommended!!!!

Great place to stay in marathon close to everything

Great place to relax the house had plenty of space with three bedrooms and two baths. we loved the screened in porch overlooking the canal. Had plenty of docking space for a 24 foot boat. Canal was wide enough to easily turn around in. Manatees swimming in the canal daily. Access to fishing the Atlantic with Vaca cut nearby was also great. Just a great place near everything.

great place

Fishing trip

Took my boat down and kept it behind house in the water. Plenty of trailer parking and house was awesome. Hostess was super helpful and responded quickly to questions and issues. Actually had no real issues. House was better than advertised. I’ll be back !

Road trip with Brits

Overall home supplied with everything you might need, except drawer space in bedrooms. Lived out of suitcase for a week. Owners very responsive. Would recommend it to everyone.

Everything you need

House has everything you need if you are coming to fish and enjoy activities. Beds were comfortable. Place was spotless. One tv keeps you from sitting around the house on electronics so kids must do things. Patio was screened and faced east so evening was awesome. Manatees came by every day. Canal was easy to access -just know entry into canal from gulf was a little shallow. Would highly recommend . Thanks.

Father and son(s) fish/dive trip in Marathon

Great location. Plenty of parking. Not plush but very comfortable furnishings. Guest bait freezer was a game changer! Use of the Large washer/dryer was very nice also.

Perfect location for avid boaters & friends

There is no better place to stay if you want to be on the water with your boat all week long. The property is located on a corner so there is ample parking for cars and our 26ft boat and trailer had plenty of room to park and get turned around in. The canal is wide and protected so there was no issues for us getting turned around. Located right next to Vaca Cut we were able to reach any destination we wanted ocean and bay side. The property was also very convenient. Dive shops, Bait Shops, Marine Gas ups, Restaurants, Publix, Winn Dixie, shopping, 2 state parks, 2 public boat ramps and the air port all within 15 minutes or less. This was our first time staying in Marathon, but not our first time in the Keys and I can't imagine staying at any other Key the next time we go! Melissa and Nicholas are very responsive to our questions before we booked, before we arrived and during our stay. The property was very tasteful in its amenities and offerings. Everything you need in the kitchen and more and plenty of seating inside and outside of the house allowed us to spread out and enjoy a night in or to sit outside and watch the sunset. We highly recommend this vrbo and look forward to planning our next trip at this same location again next lobster season!
