* Minimum renter age: 25 years old

* No smoking permitted

* Small dogs (25 lbs. or less) welcome with a $200 pet fee

* Pool heat available for $25/night or $175/week

* Occupancy limits include all guests, including adults, children, and infants



Cancellation Policy



Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival receive a full refund, less a $150 administrative fee.



Reservations made through Airbnb, VRBO, and other booking platforms follow each platform's individual cancellation policy.
