High-end immobiliare che si affaccia tranquillo 'Bonefish Flats' nella pittoresca Marathon. Molto adatto per l'esecutivo di relax. In piscina a terra con intima cucina esterna / gazebo dotato di un grill in acciaio inox. This is a beautiful property, both the house and back yard space. You have great views from both the house and dock. The pool area is very private, with easy access to the water. Lisa was great to work with and very helpful as well.

Marathon Oasis

No joke, this is a multi-million dollar luxury home! Views are top notch! Location is perfect. You literally feel like you are at a little resort. My only word of advice is that it is designed for adults and older teens. It’s just not set up for little ones. (Thank goodness my family is past that stage). Would be a phenomenal honeymoon spot! Master bedroom suite with veranda is to die for! I hope we can return!

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home that had a view of the ocean. The pool was nice with different areas to set and relax, in the sun or the shade. The home is located at the end of the street with lavish landscaping in a quiet setting. The kitchen was well equipped. The home was clean and comfortable. Communication with Lisa was great. We will be staying in this beautiful home again. Highly recommend!

Look No Further!

If you're looking for a one stop shop - this is the place. It's centrally located amongst the Keys with plenty of options to choose from during your stay. It's private and in a quiet location. The view is absolutely beautiful from the decks. The landscaping around the pool is so tropical - makes you feel like you're in private oasis. Fishing off the dock was fun plus we saw dolphins, manatees and more right at the dock - it was so cool! The amenities both inside and outside the home were great - beds were comfy too! For me, the only minor drawback was the dryer - it took at least 2 dry cycles for small loads. Lisa was a terrific host - very responsive. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful vacation home on the ocean

This home was a fantastic Christmas getaway for the family. It is beautiful house that blends artistically into the surrounding landscape of mangroves, swimming pool, and coconut trees . A private boardwalk weaves through the mangroves to a private dock on the ocean. We saw all kinds of fish and sea life from the dock. We had kayaks delivered to the house and went out on the ocean every day. Fishing, diving, and wonderful restaurants are just minutes away.The house itself is stunning in design and was beautifully decorated. The master bedroom is like "out of a dream" that overlooks the ocean. Everything was perfect. The host was very friendly and attentive. The whole experience was perfect. We would love to come back.

The home is absolutely lovely. Clean and comfortable. Having our own pool was fabulous and enjoyed every day. The dock walkway thru the mangroves out to the open water was great. Location is perfect to allow easy drives to Key West or Key Largo.

Tranquility

We were able to stay at this tranquil retreat for two full weeks. We explored the keys and used this retreat to cool down and refuel at the end of each day. This home offers a great balance between privacy and stunning views. The pool was a tropical oasis. The house and grounds were immaculate! We loved everything about Mar Azul!

Stop your search

Great location and comfortable property. Smaller size pool, but perfect. We rented a boat and even with low tide easy to dock. We'll appointed home. The owners are amazing and Lisa gets a 10 for hospitality. They are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Mar Azul is more than you might expect!

What a MARVELOUS stay we had in this WONDERFUL home right on the ocean! We could not have asked for anything better for our 4-week mid-winter escape. Mar Azul was perfect! The views of the ocean from multiple levels of outdoor porches were spectacular, especially from the master bedroom that opened to a welcoming covered porch. What a view to wake up to each morning! And the sunsets, we had a few that we viewed from the dock out past the mangroves. Oh, and we had two manatees swim by the dock one morning. Did not expect that. The heated pool was a wonderful treat during our stay in January and February. Mar Azul is situated at the end of the street, and we rarely had neighbors. Parking on the property easily accommodated three vehicles. There are so many nearby restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We really enjoyed trying a lot of them out during our stay. We made a few trips to Key West that only took us 70 minutes to make the beautiful drive over the bridges and connected ‘key’ islands. Loved it! And a word about Lisa with whom we communicated on occasion as needed. She readily checked on us to make sure everything was good. We would reach out to her a few times, and she got back to us so quickly with all the information we needed. She was so wonderful. We wished we had been able to meet her in person. Lastly, since the home is dog-friendly, both our dog Oscar and our grand-dog Coconut really enjoyed their stay too. We really can’t say enough good things about Mar Azul.

Mar Azul Marathon Florida

We recently stayed seven days at Mar Azul. The picture sand property description on VRBO's site were very accurate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was spacious and the views from the two decks were amazing. The pool was very clean and the water temperature was perfect for us. We would definitely consider renting this place in the future.

Family vacation

This is more than a location to sleep; this is a destination. Our two children (8 and 6) had all of their needs met at this house. Between the iguanas, the heated pool, and the wildlife on the dock, all of their needs were met. Although we did adventure out ( sand bar cruise and sea turtle hospital), we were happy to return to the house. Grandparents joined and thoroughly enjoyed the location. We were so happy with our stay, and we look forward to booking another stay next year.

Tropical Paradise

What a beautiful home, centrally located in the Keys. The house was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. It’s also conveniently located close to stores, ice cream shops and restaurants, and not far from Sombrero Beach, one of the best beaches on the Keys. We loved the private grounds with the pool, and the walk to the dock through the mangroves, where we were able to easily launch our kayaks that we had delivered for the week. The decks offer a beautiful view where we caught the sunrise almost every morning. Lisa was an excellent host, very attentive and quick to answer any questions. We would love to come back, we highly recommend Mar Azul!

Island Paradise

If you want to experience a spectacular view of the ocean but yet be in your own private island paradise, this is the place to go! Surrounded by beautiful coconut palms and all of the tropical foliage one can imagine! Love the board walk through the mangroves out to the dock where we were able to dock our boat. Because it’s the flats we knew it would be questionable but if you have a boat with a 2 foot or less draft during this time of year it worked out beautifully. After a salty day on the ocean lobstering and diving it was so refreshing to come back and take a dip in the refreshing pool. The accommodations are perfect. The master suite is amazing! Whenever we had a question which was very few management was lickety-split to take care of our every need. We live on a large piece of property here in Florida and privacy is of the utmost importance to us and this was like being home away from home! Just quite a bit more luxurious than home. Highly recommend if your needs are to be spacious, cozy, private, relaxing. Total paradise getaway! The adults loved it, the kids loved it, and my two little pups enjoyed their little vacation too! Especially running down the walkway to the dock back-and-forth trying to catch the iguanas! They never did. Definitely going back next year!

Great Vacation Home

Stress-free rental. Very private heated pool and dock. We had kayaks and a paddle board delivered for the week, which was perfect for the area. Easy check-in and great communication by Lisa. The house is just as listed and it was nice to not have a lot of tasks at checkout. Would definitely rent again!
