Total scam – Avoid at all costsThis place was a nightmare. The pool was filthy and unusable, the air conditioning didn’t work properly, and the power was cut off during our stay. To make things worse, they stole our deposit with fake claims about cleaning costs, even though the property was already in terrible condition when we arrived.They are scammers. Do not waste your money here – there are far better options with honest hosts.

Wonderful Week!

We had a great week at this property. The space was perfect for us and our adult son. We used the pool every day and appreciated the beach towels and fishing poles. We had one issue with some cleaning but management was very responsive and handled to our satisfaction. We will be back and plan to take advantage of dock and get a boat for the week!

Great home

My girlfriend , daughter, son in law, granddaughter and her boyfriend stayed for a week. Very clean cool home with a great pool and was very private and pleasant. I told the property manager that I would be trying to book the home in the future. Stayed at many different places in marathon before but we all absolutely loved this home above all of the others.

Family Vacation

We had a great week vacation! This house is great for the whole family. The location is great with easy access for boating and local restaurants. The house was very clean, fully equipped in the kitchen for cooking meals and plenty of towels for the pool and the bathrooms. Our family had a great time and would definitely come back again.

Amazing Property!

I have nothing negative to say about this property. Very well stock, pool was great. Would definitely stay here again. To top the vacation off we saw a manatee on our last day. Thank You for a great vacation!

If renting I would suggest a bug spray for the no see ems that do appear when more humid and less windy. Like a mosquito bite but not really visible.

Family Vacation

Great House for Boaters

The house is exactly as described. It was well equipped. The pool area was extremely clean and comfortable. Perfect for a boat dock and all things that go along with fishing.

Beautiful House in Marathon, Convenient to Gulf and Atlantic

The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owners had it well provisioned with a large supply of dishes, cookware, utensils, bath towels, spices, beach towels, kayaks etc.--more than any rental we previously experienced. We cooked 5 out of 7 evenings since we were limiting our dining out due to Covid-19. However, there are so many great restaurants in Marathon for those who would rather not cook. It was also wonderful having the pool especially since it was a very hot week. Very convenient to the Gulf and Atlantic for those who like to fish, snorkel or dive. We actually caught some fish! We would definitely rent this property again if staying in the Marathon area.

Wonderful peaceful vacation home

Myself and five teens/young adults had a wonderful seven days in June. The checkin process was touchless and efficient, the home spotless, spacious, cool and modern. The pool was clean and refreshing and the outside sitting area peaceful and secluded from neighbors either side. No concerns about noise or disruptions from neighbors .. there are small dogs next door but I was in the room closest and didnt really find their barking especially intrusive. Canal is clean and quiet and has quick access to the gulf. Absolutely recommend.

Fantastic Marathon Rental

We had a wonderful stay here at the end of August, 2019. The house is terrific and was spotless upon check in. The location was great and Marathon is an excellent choice if your intention is to visit the Keys. Definitely would repeat.

The house was really nice and we enjoy the week

The rental personal was not friendly or professional we don’t feel welcomed at all, they said we need to bring basic stuff like toilet paper and the house was full equipment and also lm not agree to have to clean oven or bbq we pay for cleaning service... l will be back to the house just don’t feel ok with the rental personal.

Nice house, loud, so load. Read review!

First off the house was very clean, and nice. The pool and dock area were what we were thinking and at night it is great looking with the outdoor lights. The kayaks were great, they had life jackets. The bedding, towels, and cookware was in great shape and well thought out. The landscape was awesome, really the over all house should get a 4 or 5 star rating. The management company, neighbors, shutters, airport, etc are where this place went down hill and fast for us. We did not like that neither rooms had a on-suite. We feel that it was a tad miss leading, as you have to walk through the living room to get to the bathroom. The other thing was kind of a let down was the fact it had no blinds. The house has very expensive storm shutters that don't block all the light for sleeping, so when the suns up your up. On the flip side when you opened the shutters, you could never get a good view outside (almost prison like with the metal over the windows). Just to let you know if you are going to relax with your family find another house. If you are going down with your buddies for a fishing trip it would be great (very quick access from the dock to the gulf). The airport is less then 300 yards away, this is why you should google view the area before you rent I guess, shame on us. Trash pick up wakes you up at 6:30am on both Tuesday and Saturday. The neighbor runs a tile company out of his house next door, so crews show up for work every morning at 7am and start making noise. The neighbor also has 4 chihuahuas that greet the crews and then never stop barking until around 11:00pm. It was not a good vacation for us, we asked to leave early and go check into a hotel up the road (of course pay for the days we used). They would not let us, they said you paid for the total amount and could not refund any of it. So if you get there and you do not like it well......sucks for you was their attitude. I would pay for pool heat again, it was worth it for the 3 days it worked, not anyones fault, power went out. We will not be renting this house or using the property manager again. I had to wait to write this review for a couple of days, I wanted to reflect on the fun we had before typing up a review. As I know this is someones house that they love. Vactions are getting harder to come by and very costly. It was so bad with the dogs we wanted to pack up a family of four just to unpack down the street somewhere else.

Family vacation !!!

It was nice we didn’t know that we had to pay extra for the pool to be on a colder temperature... we called 2 days into our vacation and were informed of this ....The boatlift that is shown on picture you cannot use and you must do some wash before you leave ,but they had no laundry detergent or bleach we had to run out last minute to do this before leaving the house nest an orderly ,also make sure you bring enough toilet paper and paper towels ....house has only one roll for each bathroom and one paper towel in kitchen . Besides all that ,weather was great and vacation with family was fun !!!!
