Nestled in the heart of Marathon and only a 2 minute bike ride or golf cart ride to the beach, this home was designed for those who dream of tropical sunrises on the water and tranquil evenings unwinding at the tiki bar — enjoying happy hour with a view or catching the big game on the outdoor TV. This home has the BEST Water views in all of Coco Plum neighborhood! Easy Atlantic Ocean and Vaca Cut access to the Gulf.



Whether you’re casting a line right off the dock, cleaning your fresh catch from the day on one of the two private docks, cruising out to the Atlantic or the Gulf within minutes, or simply soaking in the sunshine poolside, Wide Water Getaway delivers the true coastal Keys experience — effortless, breezy, and unforgettable.



Step inside Wide Water Getaway and feel the relaxed island charm from the moment you arrive. We Loved this house and its amenities. Everything was clean, easy living spaces for 2 families (8total) and the pool, hot tub and dock was an outstanding essential for vacation in the Keys. It is in a no frills area and close to so much for kids to do if you are not out on the water! Our Host Kelly was the best best best. She was always making sure everything was exactly ‘as advertised’ and available to answer any questions or sort out any ‘issue’- none too big to mention here. Thank you KellyWe appreciate you and the owners !
