Situato nel cuore delle favolose Florida Keys, a soli 50 miglia da Key West e 100 miglia dall'aeroporto internazionale di Miami. Qui troverai la nostra casa privata con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni recintata con una guest house separata con 1 camera da letto e 1 bagno che chiamiamo "Serenity Bay". Queste case sono situate centralmente su 1 acro di fronte diretto sull'oceano del Golfo del Messico. Guarda i meravigliosi tramonti di Florida Keys direttamente dalla veranda! La casa principale ha 3 camere da letto con al piano superiore una suite di cui sappiamo che ti innamorerai. Il proprietario ha allestito questa casa per dare a tutti i suoi ospiti la sensazione delle favolose Florida Keys, combinando al contempo tutti gli elementi importanti che i nostri ospiti cercano in una casa di vacanza privata in famiglia. La pensione separata con 1 letto e 1 bagno è un bel tocco per chi ha bisogno di un po 'più di privacy durante la notte ma desidera comunque essere "parte della folla" per tutte le attività quotidiane. Serenity Bay è stata creata per offrire a tutti i nostri ospiti il perfetto equilibrio tra privacy e convenienza. Volevamo che tutti i nostri ospiti avessero un posto dove poter tenere matrimoni, ritiri di famiglia, get-a-way e altre funzioni mentre otteniamo un vero apprezzamento per ciò che le favolose Florida Florida hanno da offrire!

Siamo lieti di annunciare che abbiamo appena aggiunto (a partire dal 14/07/16) fino a 25 'di Deep Water Dockage per tutti i nostri ospiti nel porto accanto degli Stati Uniti. Puoi anche richiedere ulteriore spazio se necessario e funzioneranno con te in quanto ce ne sono molti disponibili (ingresso al porto turistico 550 'dal vialetto di questa casa). Ciò include anche l'uso illimitato della rampa della barca, del rimorchio del rimorchio e del collegamento dell'acqua per il lavaggio e lo scarico del motore. Incredible place

If you have a family “chef” with you, they may think the kitchen supplies are a bit lacking but if you've stayed at as many VRBO’s as we have, that can be expected. The bedrooms were fine. Communication with the agent was excellent. The exterior amenities is where this place shines. An incredible pool with spa. Private beach area with fire pit. Awesome gulf views. Awesome sunset views. Outdoor seating area, etc. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. Plenty of places for kids to play or places for adults to relax

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed the outdoor space and spent little time inside. The pool was large and heated to a comfortable temperature. It felt very private and secluded, but within walking distance of restaurants, mini-mart and activities. We had a great time!

Like renting 3 individual units

3 couples stayed, plenty of room & privacy. Excellent pool & hot tub. Kayaking past The Dolphin Institute w a short trek into the mangroves a short paddle away. Loved the fire table as our stay the weather didn't cooperate but the outside spaces saved the vacation.

Highly Recommend

Fantastic property. We were a bit concerned at booking because of potential for noise from the marina nearby. This was not an issue at all - no noise at all and the property feels like an isolated oasis, completely surrounded by tropical foliage. Location is convenient to everything. The property was clean, spacious, and well appointed. One minor issue with one of the AC units was addressed quickly and efficiently. We were completely satisfied with our stay, would definitely recommend, and will definitely consider staying again in the future.

We recently booked for our family's annual holiday trip, and it was an absolute delight! The location was perfect, offering stunning oceanfront views that made our stay even more special. You Won’t Want to Leave the Property 🌴☀️

The pictures really don’t do this place justice! The backyard area is unreal and the views are breathtaking. The house was the perfect size for my family of 8 adults and 1 baby. The separate cottage worked out perfectly for the baby and us! Also really enjoyed kayaking and fishing off the dock. Highly recommend.

Outdoor oasis

Family of 7, plus mom-in-law stayed for a week. Management met us at the home with a tour that relieved a lot of potential for frustration of not knowing how to operate things, or where to find them. Check out instructions were a breeze, unlike other stays that require a lot of clean up requests. Outdoor activities were awesome, although the beach is not suitable for swimming - It’s loaded with sea grass. Despite not being able to swim, it was still enjoyable to look at while having coffee around the fire pit every morning, or from the pool. The main home was clean and had a lot of the basics of seasoning and storage containers. Privacy was awesome! Never saw or heard a neighbor the entire time. Door alarms for safety of kids with the pool was a huge bonus. The mother in law cottage was laid out nice, but had a terrible mildew smell. My kids stunk like a wet basement after sleeping in there. I’m assuming it’s not used much? This is the main reason I would not give 5 starts. Overall, we would stay here again, but only in the main home.

One of our best vacations ever

This house had something for everyone whether it was exploring by kayaks, snorkeling, playing in the pool or just relaxing under the palm trees. It was also perfect set up for my inlaws to have their own privacy in guest house. The views were spectacular and the pool was nothing short of amazing.

Amazing stay in the Keys

We had an amazing time in the Keys! The house and location were perfect for our family. We had 4 kids ages 6-8 who could have stayed a month! We fished from the dock, saw all sorts of great wildlife and spent countless hours in the pool. The outdoor living area was spacious and the house was extremely well equipped. The location was great with food close enough to walk to or you could easily buzz to dinner up or down the keys. We have already discussed another trip to this house!

Relaxing private location

Great location - very private. Wonderful sunsets each night. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks, pool and hot tub. We ate every meal outside. Great market within at the end of the road with essentials and ice cream treats. Easy walk to the Dolphin Research Center - and could see dolphins jumping from the dock at the house. Guy was very responsive and even came to the house to give us a new volleyball. Great stay - we would be happy to come back!

Wonderful!

This house was perfect for our group of 7. The outside area is gorgeous. The pool and hot tub are beautiful, partially shaded, with plenty of loungers and chairs for relaxing. Everyone loved the kayaks for getting out in the ocean and exploring. Great location to watch the boats coming in and out of the marina, see the dolphin shows from across the bay, and check out the pelicans that hung out just offshore daily. The tiki/cabana was perfect for morning coffee, card games and shade during the day, and evening dinners watching the amazing sunsets. Made it into Key West twice and found some great waterfront restaurants around Marathon. A week was not enough!

Absolute Paradise!

We had an incredible week, and Guy was so helpful with recommendations for activities and dining! This trip was a birthday gift for me…best birthday ever! Most of our week was spent either in the beautiful pool and hot tub, or snorkeling, playing volleyball, or finding the best Key Lime Pie (S.S. Wreck…within walking distance). Waking up to palm trees and water views from the master bedroom is something I miss terribly now that we’re back in the desert! This rental is worth every penny.

Ultimate Relaxation

We loved our stay. The pool is perfect- shaded somewhat by the palm trees which was great during the day. And beautiful landscaping and lighting made the patio the perfect place to hang out. House was really nice and sunsets were amazing! We would definitely stay here again!
