This home is located landside of Sombrero Light.  If you take your boat or rent one, there is a Lighthouse on the incredible Living reef right off Marathon in the Atlantic Ocean, which offers incredible Snorkeling and Diving. Snorkeling is one of the must-do items on your list while visiting the beautiful Florida Keys! Sombrero Lighthouse is like swimming in an aquarium. Exquisite!

This beautiful and spacious home can get you there quickly, as Sombrero Light is a couple of miles offshore by boat. If you want a sandy beach, Sombrero Beach is about half a mile away from this home. 

Deep water dockage with boating access to the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico through Sister's Creek or Boot Key Harbor. Restaurants and Fuel docks are located in the Boot Key Harbor area. 

This home has two floors of spacious living.  Spacious outdoor living, nice-sized pool. 

100 ft of usable Dock with a 4-foot draft. 

New Construction home with Open floor plans and spacious rooms. 

As you walk in the front door, you have an open concept living area with an open living room, Kitchen, and dining areas. 

Kitchen bar with 4 stools, outdoor dining on the deck right off the kitchen. 

The living room and each bedroom have their own TV.

The Master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bath.  The Second bedroom has a queen-size bed.  

One bedroom has two Twin beds, and the fourth bedroom has a king-size bed.  There is a pullout sofa too.

The pool deck has loungers and umbrellas, as well as outdoor living areas with seating and a barbecue. 

All you need is a bathing suit and a toothbrush.  

This home has everything you need to have a fabulous vacation! 

Also, there are 4 kayaks included with your vacation rental for your use.  

Occupancy: Maximum occupancy of 10. (No exceptions)

- Must be 25 years or older to book and must be present for the entire stay

- Max occupancy reflects the number of guests allowed per city regulations and does not guarantee sleeping accommodations for that number—please review the bed description carefully

Pet Policy:

This home is pet-friendly.

For Homes that do accept pets, you must indicate that you are bringing a dog when booking; however, pet fees are never included during the booking process.

- Regardless of whether you book directly with us or through a third-party site, all pet fees are added after the reservation is made.

- All dogs must be approved prior to booking, and breed restrictions may apply due to insurance guidelines.

- Pet fees are non-refundable, taxable, and charged per dog, with pricing based on breed and weight. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed.

- This property is dog-friendly only—no cats or other animals are permitted.

- Failure to disclose a dog and pay the required pet fee may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.

Dockage is available at this property; please verify maximum boat size and dockage details with the property manager prior to booking

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter set of items, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent, etc. Guests are responsible for providing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Starter items are typically located in the bathrooms, at the kitchen sink, and in the laundry area. Some properties may also include a small welcome basket or additional guest amenities.
