Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter set of items, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent, etc. Guests are responsible for providing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Starter items are typically located in the bathrooms, at the kitchen sink, and in the laundry area. Some properties may also include a small welcome basket or additional guest amenities.

For Homes that do accept pets, you must indicate that you are bringing a dog when booking; however, pet fees are never included during the booking process. Regardless of whether you book directly with us or through a third-party site, all pet fees are added after the reservation is made.

All dogs must be approved prior to booking, and breed restrictions may apply due to insurance guidelines.

Pet fees are non-refundable, taxable, and charged per pet, with pricing based on breed and weight. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. This property is dog-friendly. Failure to disclose a dog and pay the required pet fee may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.
