We are thrilled at your interest in our spectacular 2 Story 3 Bedroom/2.5 Bath Modern Waterfront Luxury Oasis for your next Vacation or Getaway. We have just completed a full renovation of the entire property and we hope that you will love it as much as we do. This amazing home features a Fully Equipped Custom Expansive Kitchen with Eat-In Island and Premium Appliances, Spa Like Bathrooms, Custom Flooring and Lighting throughout, all New Smart TV's and has been Newly Furnished and Decorated inside and out. For the boating enthusiast, there is an optional boat slip available located directly behind the home that can accommodate up to a 30' boat, Electricity and Water are provided. There is also a full service marina and boat house on the property that can handle slip requests for larger boats or for when the slip behind the home is not available. If you do require a slip during your stay please inquire and we will reply promptly with the information.


The Details...

The First Floor of the home is a spacious and completely open floor plan highlighted by a stunning custom kitchen with quartzite countertops, top of the line stainless steel appliances and custom eat-in island. A dining table adorns the center of the area for more intimate dining or larger parties. The powder bathroom is conveniently located near the front next to the stairs and features a floating vanity with lighted mirror and wall to wall paneling. Towards the rear is a large and cozy L shaped sofa and ottoman as well as a 75" smart tv and floating wall unit. The wall side of the sofa opens up to a queen side bed with foam mattress. Pillows and coverlet are conveniently located inside the ottoman. The rear double doors open up to a huge waterfront covered terrace with a dining table for those outdoor meals, as well as a pair of lounging chairs and table for that early morning coffee or late night cocktail.

The Second Floor of the home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths as well as 2 balconies and a full size washer/dryer for your convenience.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed with memory foam mattress, 2 large closets, dresser, smart tv, vaulted ceilings, black-out zebra blinds and a private en-suite bathroom featuring wall to wall porcelain tile, floating vanity with lighted mirror and a large walk in custom shower with glass enclosure. Emerge from the rear double doors onto its own large covered terrace overlooking the waterway and relax on the 2 loungers and small table and chairs.

The Second Bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam mattress, dresser, smart tv, large closet, black-out zebra blinds, vaulted ceilings and a shared balcony with the third bedroom.

The Third Bedroom has 2 twin beds with memory foam mattresses, smart tv, large closet, black-out zebra blinds, vaulted ceilings and a shared balcony with the second bedroom.

These 2 rooms share a gorgeous bathroom with wall to wall porcelain tile, floating vanity with lighted mirror and custom walk in shower with glass enclosure.

Your enjoyment, safety and comfort are our top priority. Please note the minimum age requirement to book and check-in is 25.

Out of consideration to future guests which may experience allergies, we do have a pretty strict no-pet policy. There may be some instances where exceptions can be made so please inquire in advance of booking.

If you do require a boat slip during your stay, please let us know prior to booking so we can confirm availability of the slip directly behind the home. If the slip happens to not be available for your stay, we can promptly put you in contact with the dock master and they will be able to assist you with one of the marina slips that are available for rent. The Homeowner's Association and Boat House Marina require your boat to be additionally insured during your stay at Coral Lagoon. There is also a 1 time Vessel Registration Fee of $60 required by and paid directly to the Marina. The Marina can assist you with the form required for proof of insurance. You will also need to coordinate with the dock master with regards to trailer parking in the designated trailer parking area and the associated fee. Trailer or RV parking in the main parking lot of the community is not allowed.
