Inside, the open concept living space is bright, spacious, and designed for gathering. A wall of windows frames panoramic water views while the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and dining area for twelve make entertaining effortless.



The home comfortably accommodates guests with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a waterfront primary suite with a private porch and spa inspired ensuite, a second king suite, a queen guest room, a custom bunk room with four twin beds, and a fifth bedroom with a queen bed.



Outside, enjoy tropical landscaping, covered waterfront dining, a gas grill, outdoor bar with refrigerator, hammocks, a charming waterfront swing, and multiple spaces to relax while taking in spectacular Gulf sunsets. Gather around the fire pit on the private beach, unwind by the pool, or spend the day on the water before ending the evening beneath the stars.

Booking Policies: Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants. Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded. Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive a check in form via Email/Booking Channel. Complete the form to receive further details about your stay! Payment Options: The total reservation charges include credit card processing fees by default. We are happy to accept checks with no additional fees, and in those cases, the processing fees can be removed from your total once you confirm your preferred payment method. Credit card payments are subject to the following fees: – Visa, MasterCard, and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit) – American Express incurs an additional 0.99% fee (excluding taxes and deposit)

The expansive living area includes a sectional for TV time, a comfortable sitting area, and a dining table that seats 12. A wall of windows stretches the length of the living space, filling the home with Gulf views from both the living area and kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet moment on the protected porch off the kitchen.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home, pool, dock, and outdoor spaces. The property is private and exclusively yours during your stay.

A vehicle is recommended to explore the area, with easy access to local restaurants, marinas, and attractions throughout the middle Keys.
