Casa per le vacanze su Open Golfo con Fantastic Vista Panoramica

La nostra casa a Marathon a MM51, si trova in un ambiente tropicale sul golfo aperto circondata da palme lussureggianti. Marathon è la patria di classe mondiale di pesca e le immersioni. La nostra casa ha un 'scivolata e 60' 50 di attracco fuori fronte per ospitare la maggior parte delle imbarcazioni di dimensioni.

C'è un bellissimo pavimento in laminato attraverso fuori la zona giorno al piano di sopra.
Abbiamo una cucina 23x10 ft recentemente rinnovato con cime di granito di apertura in camera con vista panoramica sul golfo grande.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con una vista e una piacevole brezza fuori l'acqua. La camera da letto principale ha un televisore con un bagno che è l'aggiornamento con cabina doccia. La seconda e la terza camera da letto hanno ciascuno letti queen size con bagno aggiornato.

C'è un sacco di spazio per rilassarsi o intrattenere al piano di sotto con più posti a sedere, sala da pranzo, bar, tv con bagno completo e totalmente schermato.

Nice vacation spot

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. We very much enjoyed the water scenery from the back deck. The house was very nice, with many updates. We did have an issue with a leak under the kitchen sink. Host was contacted and it was fixed the next day. The only complaint was the sewage smell from the sea grass in the boat slip.

Great stay in Marathon

This home is located right on the gulf. We enjoyed the view, and especially the manatees that visited. The kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. We walked our dog and always felt safe. Met some nice neighbors. The hosts are easy to work with. We will rent again, and would recommend this home to friends and family.

Perfect

This house was perfect. The house was tastefully decorated with all the amenities. The Downstairs screened area was perfect for Dive and fishing gear. Bait freezer, water hoses were strategically placed. Boat launch was 3 minutes from the house. Awesome host.

Great place to relax

We loved the house! The noise from the planes overhead is a little loud sometimes (not at night), but otherwise, very relaxing. Right on the water and the view is spectacular. The beds and other furniture are very comfortable. The inside is very up to date. The owners are quick with communication. We would stay again. 5/5

Beautiful property!

We loved staying here! The house was spotless and well stocked. Manatees came to visit and we spotted somes dolphins. Couldn't have asked for a better experience... the owner called us to make sure all was well. They also responded to emails right away and were very pleasant and accessible. Thanks for a lovely Keys vacation:)

Marathon home

The homes location is great. The weather was cold and windy during our stay so we were unable to enjoy the outdoor areas as much as we would like to have. Manatees came right up to the seawallbehind the house which was really cool.

Water front

I have stayed here twice with my family. The boat slip is great. We rented a boat and witnessed the most beautiful sunsets. Three bedrooms upstairs. There is a screened area downstairs with fans. It’s very pleasant. I will probably stay here again.

Couldn’t have been better!

We rented this home for our family/friend trip to the keys. The home was perfect. We had great communication with the owner, who was quick to offer any help needed. We found the property to be located very conveniently, close to several restaurants and not far from Publix. The amenities were excellent, WiFi was fast, kitchen was very well stocked. The boat slip was well maintained and has water and power at the dock, which faces the flats, making for better wave protection than the homes that face the reef. We enjoyed our time here and look forward to renting this property for our next trip!

Not happy

The property is very comfortable but the cleaning part is like they didn’t even cleaned it full of dog hairs the vacuum is broken they left a lil garbage bad n front of the door and a dirty white cooler on the back the door handles were loose we fixed it I don’t have enough space to write everything wrong with it the property it self is beautiful but it needs more cleaning literally deep cleaning that’s what I do for a leaving and if I would had left a property just half as dirty as that property I would had been fire on the spot
