    Situata sulla Crystal Lagoon dell'Isola Sombrero, questa oasi tropicale offre un'ampia banchina di acque profonde e dista pochi minuti da Sister's Creek e un breve viaggio nell'Oceano Atlantico e nel Golfo del Messico attraverso il ponte di 7 miglia.

    Questa casa è un punto fermo assoluto, completamente rinnovato nel 2019 da cima a fondo con aggiornamenti squisitamente unici. Una cucina arredata con cura vanta nuovi ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, armadietti morbidi e un'enorme isola cucina. Adiacente è una grande sala da pranzo e open space, ideale per intrattenere grandi feste. Goditi le splendide viste e il rigoglioso cortile privato sul portico avvolgente.

    La master suite ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno completo con doppio lavandino, piastrelle e doccia in vetro. Le 2 camere matrimoniali condividono un bagno completo con finiture altrettanto belle. Al piano inferiore c'è una seconda zona giorno con tavolo da biliardo e bagno separato e una quarta camera da letto con letti a castello. All'esterno troverete un congelatore esca, un frigorifero esterno e un fabbricatore di ghiaccio.

We absolutely enjoyed this house. The best part was the heated pool and the water view. It was nice to have a fridge near the pool and the ice maker was great. Kayaking around the nearby canals was so much fun. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the oven/microwave worked well. One morning we baked cinnamon rolls. Clean home and about a 5 minute walk to sombrero beach and the park. Lots of room for the family. We recommend renting this house 100%!

Kitchen is poorly equipped…house sleeps 10, but only has 4 coffee cups. No true oven. Bathroom showers were not well cleaned.Property had large amounts of trash left on the side of the home.

Beautiful Home! Great Location!

We have stayed in Marathon many times. This location does not disappoint! Beautiful home, beautiful property, large pool!! We had some kayaks delivered to use and rented a boat, that was delivered to the dock. The kitchen is large and nice to cook in. The home was definitely large enough for all 10 of us. We had a great time!

Great property! Super clean when we arrived and great layout for two families. Inside decor was welcoming and comfy. Loved the outside covered area by the pool with the frig and sink too. Came with beach towels and pool floats which was nice! Great communication and fast responses prior to arriving made it easy to make sure we brought what we needed. I love that you have cleaning supplies onsite!! Most properties don't and we have to buy them but it makes it easy to maintain by having that available. Large washer and having two dryers was also great when washing pool towels! Loved having a dock to park our boat rental at as well. It was so easy to get in and out of the canals to the ocean! My suggestions for improvement would be to have the outdoor ice machine functional as we had to buy a lot of ice since it was not readily available; the pool temp is a natural result of the weather but if there were any options for bringing the temp down, that would have been nice to know; and just add a few more mixing bowls and cookie sheets. Kayaks would have been a bonus! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Perfect place to relax

This is the perfect house to Relax and also fish the day away. Great location to the Atlantic and the Gulf. When we first got there and opened the door it was just like the pictures and did not disappoint with all the amenities. We have visited the Keys many times and this by far was the best house that we have stayed in.

Wonderful Sombrero Key vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. The weather was perfect which did play a part. The pool was in great shape, the dock was great for kayaking. We did not have a boat but the dock was there if we did. Great location. We biked to the beautiful Sombrero beach every day. Beds were plentiful and comfortable. The only drawback was the lack of a conventional over. The house has a microwave/convection over which I never could figure out how to bake in. But other than that I would recommend the house.

Perfect Family Get-A-Way

We just returned from a week at this beautiful property. Having three generations under one roof for a full week was a priceless gift. We spent time in the pool, rented a boat to explore and utilize the boat dock, and enjoyed the terrific Florida Keys weather. Wonderfully decorated and excellent location for taking in all that Marathon has to offer. We contributed a new pack and play for those who may need it for their little ones while visiting.

The perfect family vacation!

Property was exactly as described. It was fantastic! We had 8 adults, plenty of room and lots of fun! Victoria was great to work with. I couldn’t find an iron and ironing board and she had them shipped to the house in a couple days. We rented a boat and loved being able to walk out to the dock and get on the water whenever we liked. The pool and view were gorgeous!! We will be back !

Excellent Time

Smoke alarm battery went dead and we called and someone brought us one that morning. One bad thing. TV in living room said connection lost and couldn’t get it working again
