This Fabulous 4 bedroom and 4.5 bath house has everything you need in order to experience a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in the Fabulous Florida Keys. Located in the heart of the Marathon, WAHOO! offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space. It has a beautiful outdoor pool with a Tiki hut and 2 outdoor covered porch areas. Both the indoor and outdoor areas overlook the canal. WAHOO! has open living room-Kitchen which is ideal for big families (sleeps 10 comfortably).Covered Porch with outdoor kitchen includes sink, 32" gas grill, under counter refrigerator and ice maker all this looks down on the amazing pool area. There is a commercial ice maker and freezer in the garage.


WAHOO! is also ideal for fisherman. Owner of property has a boat stored on lift. The deep water-100' dock (capable of handling 1-36' boat) has a 30-amp shore-power plug, Killer dock fish cleaning table with 2 spigots, sink, canopy covered with overhead light.

Minimum night stay is 7 days arrival Saturday and departure the following Saturday

Guests will have access to 2 Kayaks.

WAHOO! also has plenty of parking space (Trailers welcome) for your family and guests, and is conveniently located near Publix, Winn Dixie and Local restaurants. We have 1camera (RING) at the front door.

Great stay, house was perfect with 3 king size beds for couples. Close to restaurants & only an hour from downtown Key West. Our adult children & little grandkids loved the pools and turtle & dolphin attractions close by. Definitely recommend this house.

We had a wonderful Christmas week stay at Wahoo. It was your first time visiting the Keys. Tim was quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is spacious, well stocked kitchen, and the outdoor space was simply amazing. We enjoyed days by the pool relaxing or playing outdoor games and evenings on the outdoor kitchen deck was a huge hit. We even saw manatees in the canal. Definitely recommend Tim's place and hoping to return.

WAHOO! is easily our favorite Marathon place we've stayed in out of 8 years. Our trip couldn't have been more perfect. The sheets are super soft and the house is great and a LOT of space so you don't feel crowded. It was easy to back in the boat trailer for the week. Lots of driveway space. Wonderful set up and wonderful hosts. Every element exceeded our expectations and we limited out on lobster for mini season, too.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautuful and has plenty of amenities. The kids loved the downstairs game room and the dock space was perfect for our boat. The host, Tim, was quick to respond to our questions and he was very helpful.

The property and home were beautiful and in a great neighborhood. Grocery store is conveniently located, waterway is maneuverable, and the house is well appointed. Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay and were all very comfortable in the house. Safety gates surrounding the pool gave an added measure of protection for the children. Bicycles and kayaks were provided and put to good use. Fourth of July fireworks in the neighborhood were outstanding. Property manager and owner were easily accessible and accommodating. The dock/canal frontage is advertised at 100’. Only a single 30’ boat fits due to obstructions. This property is highly recommended.

Great back yard...heated pool & ice machine.

Fun week in March with group of 4 couples... this house was perfect size for a bigger group (four showers) and the outside amenities are wonderful. The heated pool allowed us to hang out in the sun with cold drinks most days.

Keys Family spring break

A wonderful week in Marathon with kids and grandkids. Everyone loved Wahoo. Pool, outside deck, fishing off peer, all the space inside and well stocked kitchen! Could not have been better.

Great trip

The house was even better than the pictures! The outdoor space was phenomenal and the kids were in the pool nonstop. Bikes were awesome. Location in marathon was perfect - super close to grocery store and within walking distance (1.5 miles) to the beach. Canal is quite a ways from the ocean so not a ton of sea life seen and water a bit murky. Kayaks were a bit beat up and somewhat difficult to get in and out of the water. We were able to catch a few small fish off the dock. Mangroves and manatees kayak tour was great, and met right at the beach. Would caution it’s a lot of paddling and not sure I’d qualify it as beginner level. Highly recommend rapid fire fishing charter through fishing booker.com!

First time in Marathon

I was super impressed with the house! It had every convenience we needed and was clean. I described it as an oasis. The beach is very close by. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed fishing in the canal. I would absolutely recommend staying here. My favorite place was tge upstairs covered patio.

Has everything you need to entertain right on location, we love to fish and it was a little bit of a ride from the house to the ocean by boat but the accommodations were perfect for 4 couples never crowded on space, overall very nice, 9 out of 10 easily
