It's all about the outdoor living at this lovely, central Keys getaway! Your home away from home on Marathon features a private boat dock, pool, and pool table - and you’re walking distance to Sombrero Beach. Start your day on your wraparound deck, iced coffee in hand, enjoying that lovely water view. Take your time - you’re in the Keys, so there’s no rush. Back inside, whip up breakfast in your open, well-equipped kitchen, complete with all the gadgets and appliances you’ll need. There’s a dining area for six, but why not eat outside if it’s nice (and it probably is). If you’re leaving for the day, you can walk to the beach, fishing and boat charter outfitters, a marina, and restaurants. But why would you leave when you have a private resort right downstairs? Let your pup play in the enclosed yard of this dog-friendly home while you while away the afternoon in the pool or swing in one of the two hammocks. The mixologist of the group can use the downstairs, outdoor kitchen to whip up some boat drinks, and you can challenge them to a game of pool when they’re done. Want to spend the day on the boat? No problem - you’ve got that private dock and access to a shared boat launch. Bring home your catch and clean it on the fish-cleaning table, or take one of the home’s available kayaks for a spin. When it’s time to call it a night, settle in back upstairs on the comfy couch and flip on the TV - or head back out to that deck and enjoy the view.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
