CASTELLO VIEW COTTAGE ha 2 camere da letto per 4 persone (più bambino). Ha il suo giardino privato e terrazza solarium, con una vista spettacolare di St. Michael's Mount e Mount's Bay. Al fine di sfruttare queste opinioni, il cottage è stato organizzato con salotti al primo piano e camere da letto al piano di sotto. Il cottage è molto spazioso ed è stato ristrutturato secondo standard elevati, ma ha mantenuto la sua atmosfera individuale, con soffitti a volta e camere luminose e ariose. Ha salotto separato, sala da pranzo e cucina. Castle View Cottage è nascosto in un vicolo tranquillo fuori dalla strada principale, e ha il vantaggio, molto raro a Marazion, del parcheggio privato assegnato in loco. Brevi pause disponibili da novembre a marzo.

La cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di piano cottura elettrico, grill e forno, forno a microonde separato, frigorifero, congelatore, bollitore elettrico, macchina da caffè con filtro, caffetteria e tostapane.

C'è una sala da pranzo separata con tavolo da pranzo quattro sedie (seggiolone disponibile anche senza alcun costo aggiuntivo).

The Lounge ha comodi posti a sedere per quattro, TV LCD con Freesat da Sky box, videoregistratore, lettore DVD, radio / lettore CD.

The Lounge conduce attraverso le porte francesi al giardino privato sul retro del cottage.

Il Lounge conduce attraverso le doppie porte del giardino privato sul retro del cottage, che ha un tavolo da pranzo / terrazza rialzato con tavolo da picnic e un barbecue. Sono disponibili anche sedie da giardino. La terrazza offre una splendida vista sul Monte San Michele e sulla Baia del Monte.

Nella parte anteriore della proprietà è un posto auto assegnato assegnato.

Brilliant

My wife & two daughters spent a week in Richards lovely quirky cottage situated just outside the centre of Marazion near Penzance.We fell in love with the area's variety & beauty while after each daily excursion coming back to Richard's cosy cottage to relax & recharge each evening. We found everything very satisfying & would love to return another time for more.Thank you so much for being a wonderful host!!.

Lovely character cottage in great location

The property is a unique cottage with plenty of character, it’s clean, comfortable & well equipped. It’s in a great location with a sea view & of St Michael’s Mount, especially from the elevated garden, and it only takes a few minutes to walk into the town centre or to the beach. The host was very helpful and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would happily stay there again.

Great Cottage

Beautiful cottage, very well equipped and spacious for 4 people , although there were just the two of us. Spotlessly clean Just a very short walk into the village. Lovely garden with fabulous views. Richard was very welcoming and his directions were a great help. The parking space was a real bonus although it is tight getting down the little twitten and turning, if like us, you have a large car.

A characterful cottage in a private location with an excellent view of St Michael’s Mount from the garden. Richard, the host, provided clear directions, good information and a warm welcome. Marazion is a very pretty village and is an excellent base for visiting many of Cornwall’s attractions. A very enjoyable stay.

very nice apartment with fantastic view

We liked the apartment. It is very clean. It is well heated, which was really good on some days. It has everything you need in a holiday apartment. The apartment is comfortably furnished. The beds are very comfortable. The best thing is the terrace and the view from there. Communication with Richard was uncomplicated and nice. We had a good starting point for exploring West Cornwall and enjoyed our time here.

Toller Ausblick

Die Lage ist gut, um Südwestcornwall zu erkunden und auch der Ort Marazion hat uns gut gefallen. Wir waren mit unseren 2Kindern dort und die Unterkunft überzeugte durch ihre Geräumigkeit. Die Fotos entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Das innenliegende Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, wobei vollfunktionsfähig. Der Garten ist liebevoll angelegt, liegt allerdings (wenn auch durch eine Hecke abgetrennt) an der Hauptverkehrsstrasse. Man hat von dort, aber auch vom Wohnzimmer und vom Esszimmer einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer und den Saint Michael's Mount, auch wenn man sitzt. Das Konzept unten schlafen, oben wohnen ist perfekt. Leider muss durch die naturbedingte ständig feuchte Luft viel gelüftet werden. Toll ist der Wäsche- und Handtuchservice durch Richard. Nach einer Woche wurde ausgetauscht! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut. Vielen Dank, Richard, für die nette Beherbergung.

Just right for us

We had a lovely week. It was great staying in Marazion and Richard's cottage was an ideal location for us; we were able to walk to the beach, St. Michael's Mount, along the coast path and to Penzance and back. Sadly we didn't make full use of the pretty garden with fantastic views of St. Michael's Mount due to it being March and not great weather some of the time. The cottage was clean and well equipped with comfy beds and sofas. The cottage was also warm and light, with views of the sea from the upstairs living rooms. Richard was very helpful guiding us to his cottage and keen to make sure we had all we needed (which we did).

Castle View

We had a lovely week. The property was an old but very well refurbished cottage, well heated and with comfy beds and lounge furniture. A few more mugs and items of cutlery would be good but on the whole sensibly equipped. A short walk into Marazion and also bus service to Penzance. Helpful timetable provided. Bit tricky to park the car at end of lane alongside owner’s vehicle but manageable. Great view of Mount’s Bay from upstairs window and garden. Might be difficult for you if steps are a problem. Richard is a very kind, helpful host. Would visit again and continue to enjoy the good transport links and magnificent walking.

Autumn ‘get away’ in lovely Cornwall

The peaceful location with wonderful views out to sea from the upstairs lounge and dining room were a real treat! The cottage was very comfortable in every way, and equipped with everything required to make a ‘home from home’. The car parking was an added bonus! Our friendly owner/host was more than accommodating to help us settle in immediately, and couldn’t be kinder and more pleasant. We enjoyed our stay very much, and we were blessed with lovely weather!

Facilities at the property were good and the sofas were comfy. The garden was small but private and had a lovely view of the Mount. Host was most helpful, responsive and polite. Parking limited but given the location was understandable. Overall, thoroughly enjoyable week

Early spring getaway

Lovely property 5 minute walk from the centre of the wonderful village of Marazion. Host was most welcoming and helped us find the house when we confused our left from right and got lost! Comfortable house with an amazing view. Perfect for self catering or popping to the local pub for delicious food. Would love to return again. Even in a stormy afternoon, the trip was amazing. Lovely half-term break

Really enjoyed our stay in this property. It has an excellent location as well as having views of St Michael's Mount and the coast. The upside-down arrangement works very well in offering the best views from the living space. Despite it being a stormy February half-term, we found the property warm and cosy. Plenty to do a short drive away as well as all that Marazion has to offer within a short walk. The owner lives nextdoor and offered any help should we have needed it.
