Een heerlijke vakantie
We hebben een zalige vakantie gehad. Wat een heerlijke en veelzijdige omgeving. Een week is veel te kort om alles te zien. De ligging van het huis is prachtig, een schitterend uitzicht vanuit de tuin. Het huis is zeer compleet ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook is het contact met de beheerder is erg prettig.

Mooi huis met pro’s en contra’s
Mooi huis met veel erop aan maar ook een aantal missers: geen 4 lounge bedden maar twee, Ronde tafel boven geen 4 maar 3 stoelen Geen haakjes in de keuken om thee/ hand doeken op te hangen Idee: is kastjes in de badkamer te plaatsen War wel vervelend was dat er rondom verbouwd werd waardoor je moeilijk kon uitslapen Het is gelegen aan een golf gebeuren waar je in het hoog seizoen niet mag spelen en duur ook Het gehele gebeuren is gericht op golfers! Houdt daar rekening mee!!

Goedemiddag Paul, dank voor de review die jij achtergelaten hebt en de 5 sterren rating. Fijn om te merken dat ondanks de opmerkingen jullie het toch naar de zin hebben gehad. Wij staan natuurlijk altijd open voor verbetering en zijn blij met de opmerking wat betreft de kastjes. Wij gaan daar zeker naar kijken. Helaas hebben jullie de haakjes gemist; deze zijn zeker aanwezig aan de kant van de wasmachine/vaatwasser maar zijn wel wat verborgen opgehangen zodat het niet in het zicht hangt. Als we 4 lounge bedden zouden neerzetten op het terras, zou het terras vol staan en heeft men verder weinig bewegingsruimte, vandaar de keuze voor 2 lounge bedden op het terras. Het huis staat aan een golfbaan en in de omgeving kan men zich zeker uitleven wat betreft golfen maar dat is zeker geen verplichting. Er is in de omgeving van Marbella veel ander vertier en dat de golfbaan waar het huis aan staat, niet open is voor externe spelers is beleid waar wij (helaas) geen verandering in kunnen brengen. Hopelijk kunnen wij jullie in de toekomst nogmaals verwelkomen.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour d’un mois dans cette belle résidence: tout le nécessaire s’y trouve! Magnifiques terrasses surtout celle à l’étage pour les fins de journée ensoleillées! Tranquille et sécuritaire. Un grand merci de nous y avoir accueillis!

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen......
Grundsätzlich gibt es zur Wohnung keine negativen Punkte. Leider wurde in der Nachbarwohnung einen baulichen Umbau vorgenommen. Wir hatten von 0800 bis zirka 1630 einen grossen Baulärm (Presslufthammer etc.) dieser Punkt bemängeln wir. Wir wurden über diese Bauarbeiten nicht orientiert.

Urlaub auf dem Golfplatz
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit 3 Terrassen, 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Die Greenkeeper waren im November ab ca. 8 Uhr unterwegs - für uns kein Problem da wir bereits wach und/oder unterwegs waren. Aufgrund der Jalousien aber auch für Langschläfer nicht problematisch. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich, alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Der Kontakt mit der Managerin vor Ort ebenfalls perfekt und schnell. Für Einkäufe (Lebensmittel) oder Restaurantbesuche sollte ein Auto vorhanden sein. Fernseher, Bücher, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Sonnenliegen, Handtücher - uns hat nichts gefehlt. Parkplätze (hinter verschlossenen Toren, Toröffner bekommt man bei der Anreise) waren ausreichend vorhanden. Für unseren Golfurlaub die perfekte Adresse, vielen Dank!!

Perfect October Getaway
We were thrilled with the stay in Casa M&M! The property is exactly as you see it on the pictures! The hosts are very responsive. The location if is far enough from the husstle and busstle of Marbella but close enough to enjoy everything it has to offer! Will definitely considered booking again!

Fantastic location
Beautiful property in a friendly gated residence. Close to lots of wonderful places to visit. Apartment wasn’t cleaned or ready on arrival and we arrived after the check in time, but we stored our luggage and went out for lunch locally so no harm done. Overall we had a wonderful holiday.

Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war sehr freundlich und schnell. Die Lage für Golfer sicher super, aber für uns mit 2 Teenagern aufgrund der wenigen fussläufigen gastronomischen Möglichkeiten nicht perfekt. Malaga Holiday
A pleasant town house in a nice area. My wife and I along with our 16 year old Daughter enjoyed our stay at the town house. With nice views and a modern interior it suited our needs for the duration of our holiday. Good quality local restaurants were within walking distance and lots of local attractions within a short drive. Thankyou for an enjoyable stay.

Good location but dirty
We arrived Tuesday evening however the apartment was not cleaned following the previous guests departure. The bed linen and towels had not been washed, the kitchen and bathrooms had not been cleaned and the surfaces were dirty. When the cleaner did arrive after 48 hours she only cleaned one bedroom and one bathroom, nothing else.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances, the stay has not been communicated properly, so that the cleaning has been postponed. We do understand that the tenants indicated that little cleaning was necessary and that this was done in such a way as not to bother the tenants too much. Of course this is not our way of renting out and this cannot happen again.

Vacances autour du Golf à Marbella
Très bon séjour, emplacement idéal pour la pratique du golf. Le logement est spacieux, moderne dans un environnement calme, idéal pour le repos après un parcours de golf. Situé à proximité de puerto banus, nous avons pu profité de ballades agréables. Je recommande ce logement sans hésiter, un vrai coin de paradis ! Merci à Myriam et Mickael pour leur accueil, tout était parfait.

lichtdurchflutetes, angenehmes Reihenmittelhaus
Das Haus ist ein Reihenmittelhaus, das in einer ruhigen und mit Tor gesicherten Wohngegend liegt. Die Nachbarschaft war trotz der Wand an Wand Wohnsituation sehr angenehm und leise, die Anlage war aber auch nur sporadisch gefüllt. Uns hat das Haus sehr angesprochen, weil: sehr sauber, für unseren Geschmack sehr wohnlich eingerichtet, sehr gut riechend und ohne Feuchtigkeit, gut ausgestattet, die 3 Terrassen sind herrlich und bieten wunderbare Ausblicke, der Pool liegt sehr nah, ist schön angelegt und war geheizt. Im Oktober hatten wir Sonne auf der Terrasse von ca. 9:30 Uhr bis 19:00 Uhr, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieterpaar war exzellent. Was man wissen sollte: Der Strom wird extra berechnet, was verständlich, aber vielleicht nicht gleich ersichtlich ist, die Mäharbeiten auf dem Golfplatz starten sehr früh morgens, das ist normal bei einer solchen Lage, Langschläfer fühlen sich vielleicht gestört. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es einige Renovierungsarbeiten an Häusern in der Nachbarschaft, das ist dann schon recht laut. sie beginnen aber nicht vor 9 Uhr. Alles in allem können wir dieses Haus empfehlen und kommen selbst auch sehr gerne wieder.

Hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. We finally made it after 2 cancellations due to Covid and they couldn’t have tried harder to get us there and keep the dates. Lovely property and surrounded within a nice neighbourhood. Great to be able to park your car in a gated area. Amenities great swimming pool and the tennis court. Restaurants within walking distance. Only a couple of small tapas/ bars 10 mins at a relaxing pace in the heat! But more of a choice 20 /25 mins walk away. We all had great fun Thank you!! :)

Sonnige Tage
Das Reihenhaus hat drei Balkons, die, je nach Tageszeit, zum Sonnenbaden oder zur Erholung im Schatten einladen, da das Wetter Ende Mai Anfang Juni für Sonnenhungrige ideal ist. Alle elektrischen Geräte von Klimaanlage bis über die Markise bis zu den Geräten im Haus haben - soweit genutzt - einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Internet ist wirklich schnell. Aufkommende Probleme wurden sowohl mit der Betreuung vor Ort wie auch mit den Vermietern via Mail direkt und gut geklärt. Die Anlage war zu unserem Zeitpunkt nicht voll besetzt, so dass man den Pool gelegentlich für sich alleine haben konnte.

Mycket bra boende till attraktivt pris!
Bostaden ligger mycket nära Aloha golf och några minuters bilväg till Puerto Banus. Allt var mycket rent och välordnat med enkel incheckning. Rekommenderas varmt.

May 2019 We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful house for 11 days. House is just lovely. Very very peaceful. Pool was wonderful. Short walk from the house.Very quiet while we were there. All in all a perfect holiday for us. Any questions we had before our stay Mariann got straight back to us and was so helpful. Cannot recommend enough. We have actually booked to stay again later in the year.

Excellent value villa, in a good location 10 minute drive from Puerto Banus. The villa itself is a little dated and would benefit from a refresh. Normal Spanish family villa though, nothing too bad, and the price was very fair. The balconies upstairs are very nice, although not completely private from other appartments. The complex is quiet, not many amenities around and no shops to buy morning bread for example. We drove a few miles to supermarkets to buy items. You need a car to get around. With a car, you'll find this a good spot from which to explore the region, and a quiet and pleasant place to relax.

Schönes Reihenhaus , ruhig gelegen , mit allen Annehmlichkeiten die man zum Wohlfühlen braucht ! Gute Ausgangslage zum Reisen in Andalusien ! Für 2 Paare ideal , 2 Schlaf- und Badezimmer ! Beautiful villa in a lovely peaceful location
We spent a week at this lovely villa close to Puerto Banus. It has been decorated to a high standard and is very clean and tidy. With 3 terraces you have a choice of vistas that we liked very much. We used the BBQ a lot and spent lovely evenings in Marbella old town which is only a 20 minute drive away. The villa has everything you could need for a holiday and the lovely communal pool is just a few steps away. Thank you for letting us stay in this villa. We had a super, relaxing holiday.

Unsere Ferienwohnung hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Anlage, mit direktem Blick auf den Aloha Golf Course, ist bestens gepflegt und bietet Ruhe, Sicherheit und Bequemlichkeit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der kleine Weber BBQ hat gute Dienste geleistet. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der gewärmte und wunderschön angelegte Pool und Tennisplätze sind für Gäste frei benützbar. Tagesausflüge nach Gibraltar, Málaga oder Ronda sind von diesem Feriendomizil leicht zu bewältigen und sehr empfehlenswert. Die Wetterlage während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthaltes war durchwegs schön, mit sehr angenehmen Temperaturen ( Mitte Mai ).

Wat een fijne vakantie hebben we gehad, mede dankzij de geweldige woning, groot -erg schoon -en erg compleet van inboedel,van begin tot eind alles goed geregeld,heerlijk rustig gelegen daarom heb je wel een auto nodig, maar dat moet zo ie zo, want de omgeving is prachtig ,veel te beleven ,maar dat moet je met een auto doen. Onze tv had een storing met de kabelmaatschappij, Michael en Marian ondernamen gelijk actie ondanks dat het weekend was, en namen ook contact met ons op of het geregeld was, dus dat is helemaal top. Op foto is het een plaatje van een woning, maar in het echt is het ook zo.

Marina, wat een fijne woorden van jullie en wat heerlijk dat jullie het zo naar de zin hebben gehad. Daar gaat het ons voornamelijk om. Vanzelfsprekend natuurlijk dat we in het weekend hebben geholpen met de storing en dat het allemaal opgelost werd. Graag tot een volgende keer. Groet Michael en Marian

Maison spacieuse et très propre
La maison est de taille idéale pour un séjour confortable à quatre personnes. Elle est bien entretenue, agréablement décorée et très bien équipée. Nous y avons séjourné en hiver et avons apprécié son ensoleillement, surtout celui de la terrasse supérieure où nous avons pu prendre l'apéro au coucher du soleil. Il y a également des stores électriques très pratiques pour les périodes chaudes. Par contre, la piscine n'était pas vraiment chauffée à cette période. Nous nous sommes tout de même baignés mais l'eau n'avait pas plus de 17 degrés. Il y a 2 supermarchés à 2km avec facilités de parking. Une belle découverte a été la boucherie Gallega à côté du Mercadona de la Rue Callifa. La viande est excellente et ils ont également un très beau choix de vins et cava. Au Pueblo Aloha à 500 mètres, il y a le restaurant El Banco à recommander, on peut y aller à pied ans problème et on peut manger dès 19h. Pour ceux qui aiment la ballade, il y a un lac artificiel à 3 km de la maison en montant dans les collines avec de magnifiques points de vue (suivre la Puerta Verde de Marbella qui passe à côté du golf Aloha).
