With excellent roads and transport links, you can be at the property within 45 minutes from the airport. Marbella and its abundant amenities, restaurants, bars, beaches, beach clubs, golf clubs, and gyms are 5-10 minutes away.

The urbanization is gated and secure with a security guard 24/7. The villa has a garage and street parking within the urbanization.
