Dear Mr. and Mrs. Rajeman, Many thanks for your review. Unfortunately, we are sorry that your stay with us was not pleasant for you. Honestly, we have 5 rooms differents and for that reason, in any channel of booking we offer the option to choose any room available with the real pictures and description and like this everybody has the information of the room before they come. We would have loved to make you an upgraded room for you but for the high season was not possible because there was no room available. We would have liked that all those inconveniences were said at the moment in the hotel with us and we would have been solved. Thanks again for your complaining because of that we will improve day by day for the satisfaction of our clients. Best regards.
