Benvenuti nel nostro condominio con una camera da letto situato sul litorale del lago LBJ. C'è un varo per barche molto vicino e un molo per la vostra comodità. La struttura offre una spiaggia di sabbia con accesso al lago per tutte le attività acquatiche. Inoltre, ci sono 2 piscine rinfrescanti in loco. La struttura offre molteplici attività tra cui pallavolo e campo da tennis, buche a ferro di cavallo, shuffle board, griglie per barbecue e un pozzo del fuoco per rilassarsi e godersi S'mores alla fine della giornata.

La nostra unità si trova al secondo piano (Unità 221) e si affaccia sull'entrata ben curata. Ha un letto queen size nella camera da letto principale, un materasso ad aria di lusso e un divano a forma di L. Ha anche una cucina completa fornita di piatti, bicchieri, posate, frullatore, tostapane, caffettiera e pentole e padelle. Ha un balcone che offre un tavolo da bistrò con costruito nel secchiello del ghiaccio per le vostre bevande. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice a gettoni situata nell'edificio Jamaica (600).

The unit was clean inside. No TV in bedroom was a bit disappointing for a vacation stay. The front door deadbolt had issues and couldn't close the door. The screens for sliding glass doors were both off track and one fell on me while sitting on the balcony. One sliding glass door lock did not properly work, which was nerve racking having our toddler able to open the balcony door so easily. The bedroom door knob was broken. Overall maintenance is lacking for something they want to charge market price for. It needs upkeep or a discount. Also, it is the furthest unit away from the beach, which would've been nice to know as we thought we were getting lakefront housing. The balcony had tons of bird droppings all over it. Not all fresh. It appeared it had been quite awhile since the balcony was cleaned properly. The owner addressed the front door lock within 12 hours, but did not address or even acknowledge the other items I brought up. Quite disappointing.

We rented this property due to location and proximity to other family on the lake. It was perfect for what we needed. This unit is close to the road first set of apartments. It’s a decent walk to the beach area and larger pool. The smaller pool was closed for repairs and we did not find this out until we had already booked. These things didn’t bother us since we were Leaving each day to meet up with family on the lake. This unit is older very affordable. Decorated cute. We would stay here again but If I was vacationing at the lake for a week, I would pick something closer to the water. One of the lights in the bathroom was out when we arrived and the owner was quick to change it for us! We arrived about 20 minutes prior to check in and the owner was very nice and let us in a few minutes early!

My husband and I were celebrating our 32nd anniversary. We had a wonderful stay. It was quite and felt secluded. Owners were very gracious when we mixed up check out time. We will return!❤️

We were disappointed it wasn't close to any of the cities, everything seemed like a far drive. The property was beautiful but the bed was very uncomfortable and the tv selection was lacking. Also the dumpster was pretty far whith only a small trash can inside. Overall the stay was good just probably wont be back.

My husband and I needed a change of scenery without driving a long way. This is a nice, quiet place to do that. We enjoyed walking around the property, swimming in the pool, grilling and driving around the surrounding areas. Our daughter-in-law and two grandkids joined us for part of the stay. I would definitely go back to this rental.

Everything was as in the pictures. The only thing that I did notice was that there was no tv in the bedroom. The condo was clean and had all the kitchen essentials I needed. Nice little get away and the beach area was nice to visit. Had a good time here with my family. Just need to update the pool code. Would definitely come back to the same place to visit again!!

We had such a great time! The condo was very clean and nice and everything we could possibly need. The amenities included with our stay were amazing, we had a great time lounging in the pool and the lake. We even had friends staying a few doors down. We all want to come back and enjoy this place asap. Even the people who lived there were welcoming and so nice! Makes me want to move to Marble Falls!

Had a great time at the Granite Shoals location, the condo was very clean and tidy, not much of a view from the condo and a little bit of a walk down to the lake but overall a great place to stay for the price and the kids loved it. The property manager and everyone in the community were extremely nice and helped out if we had questions or issues. Overall, a great place to stay and a beautiful area and lake to enjoy for the entire family. We will definitely be back again!
