Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or an action-packed adventure, our cabin is the perfect home base for your Texas Hill Country getaway. Book your stay today and experience the best of Marble Falls! We welcome Jeep Enthusiasts and have enough parking for cars and trailers! Just a four-minute drive away, you'll find yourself at the Flat Creek Winery, where you can enjoy a tasting of their award-winning wines or take a tour of the vineyards. For the adventurous, take a scenic hike along the Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge or explore the local shops and restaurants in downtown Marble Falls, about 30 mins West.

Our cabin boasts a full kitchen (less dishwasher) complete with all the amenities you'll need to whip up a delicious meal, a full bathroom with plenty of fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries, and a screened-in patio perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening or step outside and relax in our outdoor seating area complete with a firepit and grill, perfect for roasting marshmallows or cooking up a delicious steak (guest must check for burn bans). With an open and spacious design, our cabin boasts a fully stocked kitchen and an outdoor BBQ grill, perfect for savoring the flavors of the Texas Hill Country. As the sun sets, gather around the firepit, but do take care to extinguish it after use, particularly on windy days, and please ensure there is no burn ban in effect.


Nestled in a serene setting, our cabin features ONE bedroom with two queen beds. To ensure some privacy, we have thoughtfully added a pull-through curtain that divides the two beds, while curtains drape all windows, creating an ambiance of seclusion and tranquility.

The comfortable living space is adorned with a 50" flat screen TV offering access to Netflix, while other streaming services are available for guests to log in using their own account. Stay connected with our reliable Wi-Fi while you work from home at the convenient desk space provided.

Our cabin features one full bathroom, and for added convenience, enjoy full-sized laundry facilities located in a separate building. Come bask in the peaceful aura of our charming cabin and experience a slice of heaven in the heart of Marble Falls.

Note: there is no dishwasher and garbage disposal in the sink due to septic system
Guests have access to the entire property including the laundry room. Parking for up to 4 vehicles.

Located in quiet Hill Country along a dirt road. 17 mins from Lowes grocery store in downtown Lago Vista, 35 mins to Cedar Park & 35 mins to Marble Falls.

Please bring your own local firewood to burn. You may consider bringing some ice but we have a small ice-making machine. The closest public lake access is at Gloster Bend or Turkey Bend. Check the LCRA website for details. (The boat ramp is currently closed) MUST CHECK FOR BURN BAN BEFORE LIGHTING A FIRE.

We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their refills.

Security Cameras:
For the safety of both guests and the property, we have exterior cameras actively recording video and audio of the porch, exterior parking, and front door. Guests staying 30 days or more can request access to the cameras for their extended stay. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the broadcast of the cameras and are at risk of forfeiting their stay. No tampering. Unless there is excessive activity, cameras are not constantly monitored.

We’re thrilled to share that the property is officially waterfront once again! Guests can enjoy serene lake views and the peaceful atmosphere that makes Lakeside Drive such a special place.
Please note: While lake access has returned, we encourage all guests visiting during July to check local sources for current water safety updates due to recent flooding. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please refer to the LCRA website (Lower Colorado River Authority), which oversees conditions on the Highland Lakes, including Lake Travis.
The lakeside experience may vary with seasonal changes, but the beauty and tranquility of this location remain year-round.

Verification Portal:
To keep everything secure and smooth, we might ask for a government-issued ID, a confirmation of your contact details, a matching credit card, and possibly a quick background check.
Don’t worry—your information is only used for verification and isn’t stored.
By booking, you agree to our rental terms, provide the necessary documents before check-in, and understand that check-in details will be sent after we complete the verification.
We'll also place a temporary hold of $500 on your credit card as a security deposit. This hold is just a pre-authorization and will be released automatically within 2 days after check-out, as long as everything goes smoothly.

Pet Fee/s:
We’re happy to welcome pets! The pet fee is $100 for one pet for the entire stay. If you’re bringing a second pet, please let us know in advance—an additional fee of $50 applies for short-term stays or $100 for long-term stays. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 charge per pet. Thanks for understanding!

Pest Control:
We also perform regular pest control to keep the space comfortable, but since we’re close to nature, you might occasionally encounter a critter or two.

Laundry Room:
The laundry room is available by request only and is accessible for stays longer than 5 days. If you qualify and need access, please let us know in advance.

Late Check-Out Policy:
Late check-out requests are subject to approval and must be made at least one day before your scheduled check-out. The rate for approved late check-outs will be charged as a percentage of your nightly rate. Please note that unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 per hour.

All guests are required to fill out a renter's agreement, upload their ID to confirm the reservation, and pay a $500.00 refundable security deposit.

The easiest way to reach the property is by car. Conveniently located near major highways, it's a straightforward drive from Austin, Cedar Park, and other nearby areas. If you're flying in, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is approximately 1 hour away by car. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are available in the area for added convenience.
