Ottima acqua e vista, casa confortevole e prezzo. Kayak gratuito per l'uso, oltre a un facile noleggio di barche. Siamo spiacenti, non sono ammessi animali e sono ammessi al massimo 8 ospiti.

Le sabbie morbide e l'area di nuoto protetta ospitano una vacanza meravigliosa per tutte le età. Lanciamo i nostri kayak e riposiamo i nostri motoscafi sulla spiaggia liscia.

Poche case in Texas hanno la speciale combinazione di acqua liscia per lo sport, vista sulle montagne, spiaggia privata di sabbia, spazio per portare le barche in loco e un posto molto comodo per dormire 8.

Dopo aver visto molti laghi e fiumi, questo è lo scenario e la casa migliori per il tuo budget. Family Lake Trip - Exceeded All Expectations

My wife, two children (2 1/2 y.o. and 9 m.o.), and I had a wonderful stay. The property is the perfect location for a family trip with young children. The private beach is easily accessible and the property is very well kept.

Wonderful family vacation

This place was perfect for our family vacation! The river was easy to access via the private beach and the shallow end was perfect for our 1 year old and his grandparents. We enjoyed our breakfasts on the screened-in patio. The sun room is everything - it was a great spot to enjoy the beautiful views while sipping coffee or reading a book. The kitchen was nicely staffed with dishes/utensils and spices. All in all, it was a very lovely spot for our vacation.

Lovely gem away from hustle and bustle

We have stayed at Scott and Jill's lake house in the past, and we were happy to return. What truly sets this property apart is its location. Unlike the developed and crowded areas elsewhere around the lake, this spot offers a pristine sandy beach and views of untouched nature across the water. The peaceful setting allowed us to disconnect and truly relax, something that's increasingly rare to find. Our kids (8 and 6) spent hours digging in the sand and wading in the water. As parents, we appreciated being able to keep them within line of sight through the large windows while we prepped meals from the kitchen or enjoyed quiet time on the patio. The house itself is charming and thoughtfully organized and equipped with everything we needed.

Relaxing trip

We loved our time at the lake. The house had more kitchen supplies than most rentals we have stayed in which we appreciated very much when preparing meals. The beach was great. Having the sand toys and kayaks all ready there was extremely helpful. House was clean and well cared for. Scott was always easy to get a hold of and prompt to respond. We will definitely stay again!

Cozy Stay with Amazing Views!

Our family had such an amazing time during our stay! Scott was extremely accommodating in meeting our needs. The property, views and wildlife was very enjoyable! Their home was cozy, clean & comfortable. The kitchen was also big enough to prepare our Thanksgiving meal! Our 2 year old loved the beach & the teens had a blast on the kayaks. We would definitely recommend this stay & hope to be back soon!

Awesome Vaca Spot

We spent our annual "Girl's Weekend" here and everything was above and beyond our expectations. Water with beach access is great, close by and kayaks available if you so choose. Beautiful home! We would definitely recommend you stay and see doe yourself!

Family Fun!

Our family loved our stay! The view is beautiful! The beach was perfect for our 16 month old grandson and of course the rest of us too. The river isn’t very deep but definitely deep enough to cool off and enjoy the water. We rented a boat nearby and pulled right up to the beach at the house. Again we loved our stay and the host got back with us quickly if we had any questions. There is an HEB close if you forget something and we saw deer every day. Just a note… The walk back to the house from the beach could be hard for elderly or someone who doesn’t get around good since the walk back is up hill.

Great house and location

This house was perfect for us. Super clean, comfortable, cold AC, well stocked kitchen, etc. Loved the beach. Would definitely return to this part of LBJ and would definitely book this house again. Seemed like a great value.

4th of July

We had a wonderful stay, the house was great and accommodating. Our kids loved playing on the beach and in the lake. This was our first trip to Kingsland and it is a wonderful community. We are looking forward to coming back!

Amazing trip

Such a great trip! The house had everything we needed. The kids loved the beach area. The kayaks were a blast and the lake was great. We were just around the corner from the boat rental shop and that was a blast! Great host, great beds, great views!

Fabulous Family Vaca

This property is exceptional for a family vacation. The house is so comfortable with three separate living areas so everyone could spread out. A/C works great, kitchen is so organized along with the perfect amount of cooking and prep items, and the beds are so comfortable. The sandy beach was perfect for our grandkids and adults as well. It was very easy to anchor our boat during the day and overnight. We will definitely return for another memorable family event. Thank you Scott and Jill for allowing others to enjoy your beautiful property.

Amazing Place for Family Time

This home is so comfortable and clean! Everything you need including an amazing beach in a peaceful setting. The hosts are so welcoming with great communication. This is our second stay and we definitely plan to return.

Consistently wonderful

We stay at this property twice a year and have never had a bad vacation. House is comfortable and well cared for. Beach is FABULOUS for kids. Kayaks are a fun bonus (lots of wildlife to see across the river!). And the host is hospitable and easy to communicate with. Book it!

We stayed with friends that are like family and our adult kids. We enjoyed the river and kayaking when we were not out on the bikes. House was clean and orderly. No complaints. Would stay again if in the area and needing that much space.

Awesome house on LBJ

This home was perfect for our annual get away to the Highland Lakes. We have small children and the water was perfect for us. Great for wading and enjoying the Texas sun. House was clean and had great amenities. Beautiful home that I would love to say at again.
