Ottimo posto dove stare dopo una giornata al vigneto bevendo vino o giocando a disc golf-Non vorrai mai uscire di casa! Relax, nuoto, cucina all'aperto, pozzo del fuoco, passeggiata nella natura ecc. Questa casa di ritiro Hill Country soddisferà le tue esigenze. 15 acri di puro paradiso. Il tuo vicino è una cantina di 80 acri-Flat Creek Winery. Alberi da frutto, animali selvatici. 10 minuti in auto dalla città più vicina. 2 minuti in auto dalla rampa del lago Travis Gloster Bend. 4 ore di giro in barca sul lago di Travis con un capitano privato disponibile. 40 minuti in auto Austin.
Non posso battere questa posizione! La camera da letto principale ha 1 letto king size pronto per te con comode lenzuola e cuscini. Forniamo un pacchetto e gioca se viaggi con il tuo piccolo. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale, porte francesi che si aprono su un ampio patio con vista sul cortile. Dispone inoltre di un'area di lavoro nel caso in cui sia necessario svolgere alcune ore di lavoro e disporre di una postazione di lavoro. La terza camera ha 2 letti queen size, molti libri per bambini, giochi e coperte extra. La camera da letto 4 con vista sulla piscina è grande e dispone di 2 letti full size ed è dotata di TV a schermo piatto e futon. 2. 5 bagni con asciugamani, sapone e shampoo forniti. Accogliente soggiorno con 2 divani in pelle, TV a schermo piatto con canali locali, camino e tavolo da biliardo. Internet ad alta velocità in tutta la casa. Cucina completamente attrezzata e una cucina all'aperto. Accanto alla piscina, troverete anche una grande area per i fuochi d'artificio, una casa sull'albero per i bambini o per la splendida vista sulla cantina e sulla collina. Gioco di ferro di cavallo ecc. La nostra casa vacanza è protetta da serrature elettroniche. In altre parole, NESSUNA CHIAVE NESSUNA HASSLE! Prima del tuo soggiorno ti inviamo semplicemente un codice univoco che funziona solo per la tua prenotazione. Il check-in tardivo non è un problema! Pavimenti in piastrelle e legno duro in tutto il luogo.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Secluded, peaceful, and expansive. It was just what we were looking for. The location may seem out of the way, but there is the winery next door and great spots to eat just down the road. The home was comfortable, clean, and well equipped with the essentials. Shoot some pool with your friends, observe the apiary, take a late night swim under the starry Texas sky with crickets in the background. And when you head inside to rinse off, you’ll find elegant bathrooms that capture the energy of the place perfectly. The bedrooms were clean, inviting, and the beds comfortable. An amazing place, nestled in the beautiful rolling hills of central Texas

Property was really secluded and quiet. Pool was nice to lay out by, but the red wasps were really bad. House was clean other than the dishwasher was stinky so we washed all the dishes by hand prior to leaving. Lighting could have been better in the kitchen area. If you have teenagers the 2 bedrooms contain stacked beds which our two (16 & 17)didn’t like. Would be better placed on the floor..Adults ((65 and (79)can not sleep on the top…only there 2 nights.they survived. Stayed Friday and Saturday night wasn’t really enough time to explore! Great place overall.needs a little updating tho…

It was great, plenty of room, kids enjoyed the trampoline, all of us enjoyed the pool, liked that it was so private we had the property to ourselves & town was not too far in case of a emergency! We would come back for a longer stay in the summer! 😊

If you need a break from your schedule, this is what you are looking for. We enjoyed taking our two dogs and some of our family joined as well. The pool was relaxing and the moonlight and star gazing was beautiful. It relieved stress and the scenery was great! I didn’t want to leave.

Need a mental health break? A day or week to not think about bear markets, $4 gas, and inflation percentages at lol levels...well, here is your great escape. Beautifully renovated, large, and clean estate nesseled perfecly in the Texas Hill Country. Do you enjoy great dining and fine wine? A short walk to Flat Creek Winery will set you up. Then, stride or stumble back for a refreshing dip in the relaxing pool. Pay close attention to the various sinage for inspiration, "No working during drink hours"... Owner is informative, accomidating and fast to respond. Thank you and we will definitely see ya again. Bill & Erika McAnn

We stayed for 1 night and had a blast! The home was very spacious and the pool was incredible. Everything was thought of even down to the bathroom shampoo and conditioner and bathroom spray. We will def be back!

My husband and I rented this property for the 4th of July weekend. We had a good time, the pool was nice to lounge around in. The property is beautiful and secluded. The host was very easy to work with. We would love to come back to visit again on one of our trips to the hill county!

Held a get-together with several friends and had an absolute blast. If you're looking for a quiet, serene get-away with all the amenities, this is your place. It was clean and had everything we needed included, just bring your friends/family, food, and enjoy yourself.

Had a small bachelorette party with a karaoke machine and snacks. Loved the convenience of the nearby winery/restaurant though we did not try to walk it lol Spotted a lot of wildlife around the house and the stars were beautiful, nighttime was perfect for the trampoline. Very nice stay, will definitely keep in mind for future friend trips!

The house was amazing . Very private getaway for our group, which was 4 married couples. Easy driving distance to Marble falls are the lake. Beautiful winery just down the street with great customer service !!! Was one of the best trips we have had !!! Would stay again for sure!!!!

This place was pretty far out there, beautiful drive and really cool property. The check in and out was really easy, communication with the host was also seamless. The house was clean and pretty much as advertised. We had a great time and the house functioned for our stay. A few things that a future guest might want to be aware of... this isn't a *luxury* stay, the décor is a lacking the beds are a little squeaky, which is fine, the price point was cool. But some items weren't working (There was a note not to use the garbage disposal, which was pretty inconvenient with a large group). It also didn't feel ideal for a large group - there was limited silverware, we had to share forks, their was a Keurig but no large coffee pot. Kitchen items in general didn't feel conducive for a large group. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property is really cool and I always appreciate cleanliness. But we were kind of underwhelmed in general. Perhaps our expectations were too high? This was a good place to stay, it worked for us, but we would not book again.

The seclusion of the property is very nice and the kids enjoyed the pool. The house is clean but needs some improvements/repairs. (Some of which are due to previous renter) It would have been nice to have more movie options but Crackle and PBSkids was all we could get to work on the TV without signing up for or signing into our own accounts. (I don't feel comfortable doing this on a shared TV) The property manager was very kind, responsive, and helpful to my questions. Overall the stay was nice.

Nothing was what it should be. The grill didn’t work, the tree house was unsafe, the pool was nit clean and had way too much chlorine. Now go into the house there were all kinds of spiders, spiderwebs, roaches and other bugs. The house had not been cleaned or exterminated. The conditions were so bad that we actually left a day early and never took our belongings into the house. Upon contacting the owner we got no reply. If this is the condition of houses sponsored by your company I will never use you again and cannot recommend this site to any of my friends and/or family.
