“Check in was quick and friendly. Room was impeccably clean with attractive updates. Bed was very comfortable, firm but cozy. Why did I rate it a 2 then? I could not get on the internet and the staff could not be contacted. So absence of staff and absence of Internet for 2 days impacted my stay. Otherwise a 4 for sure.”

“It is so crazy that Expedia has this type of hotel in their catalog. When arrived it looked ok, old but ok. Got into the front desk and I started to smell all kind of smells. “When I checked into the hotel on June 23rd, I was asked for a $100 cash deposit and told it would be returned upon checkout the following day. We checked out around 5:00 AM on June 24th, but when I asked for the deposit back, I was told it couldn't be returned until after 10:00 AM because the person with access to the safe didn't arrive until then. I then asked if they could credit the amount back to the card I had used to pay for the reservation, but they told me that wasn't possible.”

“Everything about this property was fine. But for the price point it needed to be nicer. Inside the rooms was again, fine. But the floor had some spots that didn't look the cleanest (not bad but just like it needed a vacuum), the one comforter had some stains and i found a large ant in the shower and another fly looking thing in the bathroom. The outside of the rooms is where it really needed more help. The rooms looked updated but the pictures online don't match when you show up and they show...

“The room was clean and decent. However, the breakfast was just a few packaged foods you have to pick and go, no proper breakfast with a place to sit. Might as well as No Breakfast Included.”

“I was a very basic stay. My only issue is that the bathroom had basically holes dented in the floor and the tub had cig burns in it.”

“Outside is not very well maintained. The people who checked me in made it feel like they were laughing at me. When I got locked out in the morning, the front desk lady was super helpful and kind. However, I had issues because apparently the ladies who checked me in also checked me out so my room was no longer under my name so it made it difficult to get back to my room. Managers was helpful as well.”

“La struttura non è dello standard di RED-ROOF che conoscevo da miei precedenti soggiorni. Pavimento sporco, Telecomando TV che non funzionava. No frigorifero, no bollitore acqua etc. Per il mio tour ho poi proseguito con altre catene. Mi spiace”

“Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni per fare mare a Pensicola beach. La scelta dell'hotel è stata in base al prezzo economico e per la distanza. La camera standard con moquette le pulizie non sono giornaliere solo cambio teli bagno. Il letto per noi non era molto comodo. La colazione classica discreta, pulizia poco in zone comuni. Hotel molto frequentato. La piscina non utilizzata. Vicino troppo alla I55 traffico, area ben servita da ristorazione raggiungibili sia a piedi sia in auto. Personale...
