“I was extremely pleased with my stay at the Microtel in Ames. It was much cleaner, nicer, and quieter than any of the similarly priced hotels where I've stayed in the area. I was especially pleased with the service I received when I checked in. The heating system in my room was not functioning, which I understand can happen. After making a quick check to see if he could fix it, the desk clerk immediately and happily assigned me another, nearby room. He brought me a new key card, waited while I...
