“First time staying here. I will say the location was convenient for where we needed to be, about 15 mins from all the spots we were going to. There was work being done on the roof and the lobby floor was being torn up while we were there. The AC in the room worked well which was nice because it was very hot. Small fridge in the room was decently cold for drinks. The walls are very thin and noise was a thing, our room was a small tucked away in a back corner room near a back door exit and utility...

“We arrived at 4:45pm and had to wait 30 minutes to get our keys. The staff didn't offer any compensation. The room was okay, but it had no power outlets on the night stand for my CPAP machine. We waited another 30 minutes for an extension cord. The breakfast was very minimal. Overall it was way overpriced -- it had no elements of Hyatt luxury. It's just a basic hotel.”
