The first night we heard the voice of a man screaming like he was overdose... next day there was an ambulant arrived with a fire truck... in the parking lot there is a car with broken windows and four flat...

“The jacuzzi was filthy with dead skin floating on the suds. It was gross. People staying thete were loud and played loud mariachi music with no regard for anyone at the pool and jacuzzi . No regard for small children. There was drinking going on. I asked the front desk managenent what the hotel policy was regarding this issue. I was looked at and told she didn't know policy. She told me it was a public space and that people could turn their music up if they wanted. She made me feel like...

“Staff were friendly, parking is safe and a lot, close to nice restaurants but towels and bedsheets were not clean, and stained, window was broken, not enough outlets/charger, some areas are flooded. ”
