Hi I had an issue
1) I had contacted the hotel and Expediaabout 1 day travel change. No one was able to help me and the buck was passed. I was charged for nights I was not there. Even though the request was made 2 weeks prior! Then when we arrived they had given away my room. And wanted to put us in rooms and swap half way through the stay. I am a platinum Client of Expedia we spend in excess of 40 000USD a month with them,and I have laid the complaint. I will also not be giving a good review for my international guests. I feel I was robbed and treated badly. And paid for a room that was not what I booked. And still was not compensated. Very shocked and perplexed.
