Hotel vicino a Mari Amman Temple - Ipoh

“A high quality hotel but unfortuantely when we requested for extra 2 pillows, we were given 2 pillows which has wrinkle pillow cases and smells awful. When we brought the pillows down to the receptionist, we were told to bring it back to our room and a dosmetic will bring us another pair of pillows. I think its unacceptable and felt that the receptionist should at least take the dirty pillows from me instead of asking me to bring the smelly pillows back to my room. Also not a word of apolgies...

“Entrance to the accommodation was not easy to locate as I passed at least thrice before figuring out where it is. The front desk closes at 6pm and there isn’t a lift so beware not to carry too heavy. The stack where my room is not soundproof and was offered a family room upgrade on a different stack. Overall the stay was pleasant as it’s right in the middle of the new town and a tourist attraction with lots of local coffee shops. The room was rustic but clean with pleasantly strong air...

“Such a lovelylaid back place to stay. Pretty much self service as they are busy creating a restaurant on site. Which I'm sure will be fabulous when it's finished.lovely pastries and coffee at Coco Cafe just down the road.”

“La posizione del hotel é buona. Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura perché trattandosi di un excelsior ci si immagina il top...invece no. La prima stanza assegnataci tutto sembrava tranne che superior, doccia senza box, tende oscuranti con buchi, controsoffittatura con macchie. Comumque ci facciamo cambiare la stanza ed otteniamo la superior da noi prenotata. Il personale é stato gentile e diaponibile alle nostre richieste. Colazione salata ok, ma la colazione dolce é inesistente.”

“Tower and bed lining can be better. Pillow cases also may need to replace. Shower curtains also. Overall still good giving the price of the stay ”

“Very comfortable, clean and the rate is reasonable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location may be a little hidden and there's no signage showing to the hotel entrance.”

“The property has a very nice living area, and a very nice and helpful staff. Our individual bedroom as very nice and comfortable, just a little small, but it even had a sink which was supper convenient. Property is at a walkable distance from the city center and the tourist attractions, as well as a shopping mall.”

“10/10 for me because the location is in there for everything you needed for shops , foods , everything yo want in this area stay in this property specially the one we rent of spacious rooms neat and clean recommended the view of 20 th floors is amazing try this unit if you guys interested to stayed here Ipoh octagon suites ..”
