Whether you are staying overnight or for a week...you will feel enveloped in coziness. The sign above the AC thermostat is adorable! You have a WIFI sign in immediately. Everything is laid out beautifully. We really enjoyed the cute sitting room off of the back bedroom. You can use the desk to set up your laptop and a makeshift vanity area, and watch TV with the door...

“Charming townhouse! My son and I stayed for 12 days and it was perfect for our needs. The host was quick to respond to a couple little issues that were easily resolved. Location was very convenient, everything was less than a 15 minute drive, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, and pots and pans. The beds were comfy and both had luggage stands. I enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the mornings sipping coffee. Great place!”

“We spent the week at this beautiful haven with Lake Seminole in our backyard. We were in for.the GA Bass Nation state classic. The boat dock has 2 slips and 1 lift which was great for easy in/out. The home has plenty of room for boat parking and hookup. The home has an amazing screened in back porch with plenty of seating.Nikki was a great host. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we are back on the lake in 2027.”
