Chalet Großeck – A historic farmhouse with alpine charm for 10 people in Mariapfarr



Chalet Großeck, situated in the AlpiNest holiday village in Mariapfarr in the Lungau region of Salzburg, is a truly special holiday home steeped in history. Once a small farmhouse, the interior has been completely renovated and, with great attention to detail, modernised and made cosy without losing its original Alpine character and traditional charm. The centuries-old timber, combined with the stylish furnishings, creates a warm, cosy atmosphere. With space for up to 10 people, the chalet is ideal for families and friends who appreciate something special.



Three bedrooms and cosy living areas



On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an additional single sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy dining room. A traditional wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which features two further bedrooms: one with a single bed and a bunk bed, the other with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.



A separate TV room with a sofa bed offers additional space for relaxing and sleeping. In total, the chalet has two bathrooms with showers and a separate toilet.



South-facing terrace, flower garden and sauna by the stream



A small balcony and the sunny south-facing terrace right next to the flower garden offer lovely spots to enjoy the fresh Lungau mountain air. Just about 20 metres from the chalet lies the cosy sauna hut, situated right by a babbling stream. It is available for shared use by guests of the holiday village.



Modern comforts in a historic setting



The chalet also combines tradition with modern comforts in its facilities. The kitchen is equipped with, amongst other things, a dishwasher, oven, steam oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, as well as a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine. Free Wi-Fi and a washing machine with a tumble dryer function are also available. Three free parking spaces are located directly in front of the chalet.
