“We loved this charming little cabin. It was jusy perfect for our visit to Hendersonville As a birder I loved the beautiful backyard there were birds galore and we loved sitting by the firepit every evening. Beds were comfortable and our hosts supplied everything we could need. If life ever brings us back to Hendersonville we will stay here again.”

“The property was perfect for a relaxing time away. We spent a good majority of our time on the covered deck enjoying the quiet and serene environment and nature! We were close enough to grocery stores to get the essentials and close enough to enjoy downtown Brevard. We loved that the house is very well maintained. “I LOVED this cabin! It was exactly the cabin feel I was going for on my solo mom-vacation. Instructions were simple and I had everything I needed. Perfect location, far off in the woods. The host wasn’t joking when she said you need 4WD - the dirt/gravel road is about 2 miles, with lots of steep inclines. My 4WD handled it fine, just be aware. I will absolutely be back!! “It was a beautiful, peaceful cabin, surrounded by nature. Two fawns came across the property every morning just before sunrise and hung around for almost an hour. Communication with the host was easy with prompt responses. Hot showers after long hikes, a kitchen stocked with all the cooking utensils and gadgets you could possibly need, and easy instructions to enjoy the amenities.I do recommend taking walking sticks if you walk the Lake Adger Trail. “Everything was just as listed and portrayed in photos. We stayed 4 nights, and had to commute 12 miles to another site where we had weekend obligations, so we were not able to just sit and enjoy being in the woods. Several marked hiking trails are on the property, a couple of which begin at the cabin. Everything was clean, and we were allowed to have our little dog. “Check in was simple and efficient, and our host was an timely communicator. The house is clean and spacious with ample in and outdoor space for lounging. Very dog-friendly front and back porch. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, plenty of linens. The creek is just behind the house and provides for a lot of fun exploring. I would highly recommend this vacation rental for anyone looking to stay in the area!”

“Clean property. Hot tub was nice! Deck needs alittle love but was still nice to be outside. The screened in area needs some work to be safe for little ones. Inside is rustic and homey. Older cabin floors are creaky makes it hard to not wake others if you are an early riser lol. Overall great place to celebrate my birthday with family. ”
