“Tyna, the receptionist was so helpful when we arrived and really liked the room and location helped us extend our stay with keeping the same room. Tina and staff treated us seniors like family, very helpful and respectful. Herman in the Cafe helped me make a perfect waffle and took the time to show us all other choices which were delicious. Night receptionist always made fresh coffee and pointed out refrigerator in lobby which we bought chocolate milk every night we were there.”

“There were some problems with our key cards but the staff fixed them with no issues. We were at the end of the hall on the first floor and the key card reader on the outside door right by our room was broke so we couldn’t use it. The rooms could use some upkeep with paint and furniture but the room was clean. The water pressure was terrible in the shower. There was a funny smell in the hotel lobby and they burn incense pretty often. Overall if you need a clean place to sleep and don’t care...

“When you check in make sure they have you accounted for your entire stay. My daughter had four nights stay with Expedia and Hampton only had her for three nights stay. Her card was charged for the four nights and had to convince the Hampton people she was right. They insisted she had to call Expedia about the matter. Not no but no way. They finally acknowledged that she was right. A customer should be given more acknowledgement up front and not have to completely keep explaining that they have...

“The property was clean. The breakfast was good. I personally didn't eat much breakfast but my children enjoyed it very much. My daughter was very fond of the Chia Seed Parfaits. The best part of the hotel was probably staff. All the staff that I encountered were extremely pleasant and helpful.”

“The breakfast was fair and we didn’t have any body soap. I spilled alittle bit of water on the carpet and I cleaned up up and the carpet was really dirty but it looked clean. The front of the building looks very nice but the side and back had trash all over and that’s where we walked our dog. I think for the price it was fine”
