“the room was very noisy, both from the windows and from the room's door. A lot of noise come from the corridors, when people walking or talking. the most isolated place was the bathroom.”

“There are many rugs in the room that are not necessary and are malodorous. Bed has plastic sheets that make it difficult to sleep. No bedroom TV. Needs increased security. The unoccupied host desk was thrown to the ground and the outside should use a passkey but it never locked. ”

We booked though Expedia , a specific room type for the space , when we arrived we were placed into a different class of room. When I went to the front desk to inquire the women working was brutally rude and swore she upgraded me with a better view . “Room was great, Applebee's inside hotel was delicious and the staff was wonderful. 19th floor view was amazing... We could see both the water front and down town city. Only issue we had was shower had a drip that lasted about 30 minutes after showering, that was hitting the metal piece in the shower and we weren't able to turn our heat down, 76°. Ugh! ”
