“Air conditioning was not working. But luckily it cooled down enough at night to make it bearable. The room and the balcony were great as was the staff. ”

“The front desk staff were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. The bar/in hotel restaurant however might have been the worst service I’ve ever had. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple drink, and another 40 minutes to get our food, which was wrong/not what we ordered. The server was very polite (I don’t recall her name), but the wait times and lack of attention to detail was abysmal. The hotel and stay were wonderful, but I would never eat or get a drink there if I come back”

“I stayed here for a conference at the Huntington Center, it’s about a 10 minute walk away. Parking is close the building, you can see it from the lobby. Check in was a breeze, received an email about 10 minutes before check in with room number and key code. Got the luggage to the room, and it’s quite nice, w on the 4 floor, so the noise wasn’t an issue. Yes, there were loud cars and bike rubbing up and down the street, but it died down by 10pm. “Your basic No Frills hotel but it was clean andconvenient for the 3 days we stayed there. We were in town for a wedding. Convenient to some local dining and nightlife as well. Staff was very friendly. Nothing fancy about the place but they got the job done”
