“The bus was awesome! Had everything we needed for a short stay. Comfortable bed, a nice fire pit, shower, toilet, and refrigerator. Lacking ample firewood scavenging. Suggest bring your own firewood. Recommend keeping your dogs away from woods as there were an abundance of brier prickers.”

We all slept comfortably, and the property provided a great backyard, screened-in porch, and fire pit. Plenty of seating on any part of the property. Would recommend to any large group, whether it be for VT or just for the lake.”

“The cabin was a great place to stay while adventuring in Grayson Highlands State Park and riding down the Virginia Creeper bike trail. The setting is peaceful and we enjoyed watching deer and wild turkeys while sitting on the back deck. The cabin was clean and as described. We took the recommendations of the owner and bought basic groceries and had dinner in Lansing. We would recommend this cabin to friends and hope to return in the future!”

“We came to Virginia from Michigan for our friend to visit with family she hadn’t seen in 12 years they live on Vetrans hwy. this was about as close as we could get a rental. It was wonderful. Had every amenity. Very clean. Well decorated and not broken down like some rentals. Hot tub was lovely. We fished and cooked breakfast but didn’t have enough time to do everything the lodge had to offer. You could easily stay for one or two weeks and stay busy!
