Around 9:00 PM teenagers were running, screaming, slamming/knocking on many doors and using profanity in the hallways especially across from my room on the 3rd floor. I went to the front desk to report this. “one of he main reasons we chose this hotel is because it had a pool. after checking in upon going to the pool we found it to be cold as ice and the water was cloudy and murky. unusable. will not stay here again.”

“William the front desk clerk were so nice and helpful. The room was not clean, but when I called William, he sent someone to sweep the floor. Air condition is not cool enough and you cannot make an adjustment at all. Overall my stayed is good since it's pretty closed to where my event in Temple Theater.”

“When I walked into the lobby it was hot, so I checked in anyway, staff was helpful, went to the room it just felt dirty the A/C was cold so it kelp the room at a good temp. Made the best of it, left at 3:30 am so don’t know what breakfast was like, Libby was still hot so don’t think I wanted to see breakfast anyway.
