Escape to our luxurious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom mountain retreat and experience breathtaking 180-degree sunset views and the surrounding mountains. The Great Yosemite Retreat at Conifer offers the perfect escape from everyday life and stress, allowing you to relax and unwind in style.

With 2400 sq ft of space, our newly renovated mountain retreat is perfect for groups of friends or large families. Each of the 4 spacious bedrooms is equipped with cozy beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bedrooms feature a total of 5 beds, including three queen-size beds and two twin beds.

The oversized living room features a 75" Smart TV, WiFi, and a foosball table, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the surrounding area.

Step outside to find a fully furnished patio with a luxurious 7-seat hot tub, fire pit with surrounding seating, sun beds, and lounge area - the perfect spot to take in the breathtaking mountain sunset views. For indoor entertainment, we offer a variety of board games and a 65" Smart TV in the family room for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows.

Our retreat is equipped with 3 bathrooms stocked with towels and all necessary amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Each bathroom features a bathtub, and the master bathroom has a jacuzzi and shower. We also have a double sink in one of the bathrooms, and a washer and dryer available for your use.

The fully-equipped kitchen features all the necessary appliances and equipment, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. There is plenty of counter space and storage for all your cooking needs, and the dining area offers seating for up to 8 guests.

Our Sunset Retreat also offers plenty of outdoor space and parking, making it easy to bring multiple vehicles or large groups without worrying about finding a place to park.

During your stay, explore the surrounding area and indulge in your favorite outdoor activities including mountain biking, zip lining, mountain climbing, hiking, bird watching, mushroom picking, and more! With so many extraordinary trails and parks nearby, you'll have plenty of opportunity to engage in outdoor activities all year round.

Please note that our home is pet-friendly, and we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out to ensure the cleanliness of our property. Smoking is not allowed inside the home, and any evidence of smoking will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

We ask that you treat our home as your own and refrain from hosting any parties or events. Please inform the owner or property manager if you have any unregistered visitors. Events or large gatherings on the property without prior written approval are not permitted.

Our home features a strict cancellation policy and individual $500 fee for breaking any of the house rules. Please note that our property is in the greater Yosemite area, which is considered a high-risk fire area, all year round, and is not protected under AirBnB's extenuating circumstance policy. With this in mind, we recommend purchasing separate travel insurance.
