Immerso nelle Sierre, questo affascinante cottage con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni offre molte cose da fare. Il suono del fiume Chowchilla che scorre dietro la casa ti fa sentire così rilassato. La zona giorno principale ha un ambiente accogliente in cui tutti possono godersi il camino e guardare la TV. La cucina aperta ti darà spazio per rendere il tuo piatto preferito a tuo agio. Tutti gli utensili sono a posto e per tua comodità e gli armadi sono stati etichettati. WiFi gratuito e solo il servizio cellulare Verizon funzionerà a casa. Patio ha un barbecue a carbone per tutte le esigenze del barbecue. Gli ospiti possono divertirsi seduti sulla panchina da picnic e guardare occasionalmente cervi e tacchino che camminano nel cortile sul retro.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con servizi igienici annessi, la seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e la terza camera ha un letto a due letti e un letto a castello per i bambini. Gli ospiti possono godere dell'open space della casa. Camminando verso il fiume è breve passeggiata lungo la collina nel cortile sul retro. È un ottimo posto per rilassarsi, ascoltando il flusso d'acqua. Durante i mesi invernali, riscaldati con la stufa a legna e il riscaldamento a gas standard della casa. Alcuni inverni ci saranno da 1 a 2 pollici di neve. Per tutti gli entusiasti del tiro c'è un tiro gratuito che ha suonato un paio di minuti in auto verso la foresta nazionale. È un bel disco e puoi anche goderti le splendide viste sulla catena montuosa.
La proprietà si trova tra Mariposa e la città di Oakhurst vicino a Hwy 49. Mariposa è una città storica e la casa si trova a 25 minuti dalla struttura. La città ha meravigliosi ristoranti e bar. Potresti visitare il Museum & Historic Center, il California Mining & Mineral Center, la Zipline e i parchi avventura aerea e puoi anche visitare l'antica prigione di pietra della contea di Mariposa mentre sei lì. Troverai interessanti negozi, tra cui oggetti d'antiquariato e cimeli a tema western / cowboy.  
Da questa vacanza in montagna, puoi esplorare facilmente la valle di Yosemite, la Mariposa Gold Country e il fiume Merced selvaggio e scenico. Si trova a circa un'ora di auto dall'entrata del parco Yosemite. Scegli tra tante attività: fai un'escursione sugli spettacolari sentieri di Yosemite, fai un piacevole giro in bici o galleggia su una zattera attraverso la Yosemite Valley nel fiume Merced e fai zaino in spalla.

The riverside manna was very clean! Beds were soft, lots of extra blankets, plenty of cook ware. The surrounding area was beautiful. The creek was a short walk and was great to sit and listen to. One afternoon while in the creek a bear did come within 10 ft from us. He was not aggressive but that was scary. The creek is beautiful though. Everything was great. The host has great communication skills.

Needed better cleaning on vents and fans throughout the rental. Newer kitchen cookware - pans are needed. Missing blinds in kitchen sliding door. Location is ok so long as you are aware of the travel time required to get to the different entrances to Yosemite. Overall the stay was ok. Paul is very responsive.

The house was very clean when we arrived, however the furniture in the living room is different from the pictures. After a hard day of hiking we were planning on sitting back with our legs propped up on the sectional shown in the picture. It is now just a couch and loveseat with no ottoman to put your feet up on. The King size bed was very comfortable, I think it is a memory foam mattress. The bathrooms had no wash cloths so my wife used the one hand towel as a wash cloth which meant we now had no hand towel but there were plenty of large bath towels. The pot holders need to be replaced, I almost burnt my thumb using a beat up old pot holder that was missing some of the padding/silicone. Also bring your own ice because there is no icemaker or ice cube trays that you could make ice with. It is about 70-80 minutes to get to the south gate of Yosemite so if you want to get closer you will pay more and I don't think you will find anything much closer than 45-60 minutes away from the gate.

Short trip to Yosemite NP. The house was amazing! Beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable, welcoming, and great location are just a few descriptions. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend-5 stars!

Nice house in a nice area. We were a little disappointed at how far this house was from Yosemite. It was an hour and a half drive, 2 times a day. That is on us though. No TVs in the bedrooms. Tankless water heater so there was unlimited hot water which was nice for our large family. There were a couple wild turkeys running around that we enjoyed watching. The river was nice but bring mosquito spray. We were getting eaten alive! I would say overall this house is very simple, clean, and comfortable. Meets all basic needs and felt safe.

The property was really nice, clean, and well maintained. It was very spacious and well furnished. We were able to walk down to the river / creek behind the property and spend some quality time there. Even saw flocks of turkey wandering about that was quite fun for the kids! The host also called us the first day to make sure we were settled in and that was quite nice. Plenty of shopping and dining options at a 5-7 min drive so we didnt really have to worry about food at any time. Overall a 5/5 experience and we wouldnt mind staying there again when we visit Yosemite next time.

We stayed for 3 nights. The house is very clean and organized but furnitures are outdated. The bed was not comfortable and very squeaky. Both toilets made loud sound after every flush and the oven was very old and noisy. The creek nearby was easy to get to and very pretty. We even saw a deer the first day. Unfortunately, we did encounter a problem during our stay. We were notified by the owner the day before our arrival that the main bridge to the house is closed for the week and we will have to use the alternative route. When we got there, the road was completely unpaved and covered in rocks. It’s very narrow and only one way so it’s hard to let an oncoming car pass. It goes up and around the mountain so not much space. Our tires took some damage from that road condition and we had to drive very slowly, which added to our drive time. We asked the owner if we can check out one day early and get refund for just that one night but he refused. We had plans to stay at Yosemite to see the sunset but we couldn’t because we didn’t feel comfortable driving on that road in the dark since there are no street lights. It was very disappointing that we had to change our plans. We came from very far away and not sure when we’ll return to Yosemite again.

It was a nice home. There were 7 adults and we each had a bed. Anything over we believe someone would be sleeping on the couch. The view was lovely out the back door. Lots of curvy roads to get to the location.

My friends and I stayed at Paul's place for our 2-day trip to Yosemite. Convenient location ~1.5 hours away from the park, located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, utinsels, and cutlery (even some appliances like a toaster and hand mixer) which was very nice since we opted to have home cooked meals instead of eating out. The little pathway leading to the river in the back was also a nice little surprise! Overall, the house was very clean and well maintained. Great communication and timely responses from the host. I would definitely stay here again for my next trip to Yosemite!

We had a great time at this home. It took about 90 minutes to get to Yosemite Valley, but it was worth it. The house has plenty of room and everything we needed in a quiet neighborhood. The internet worked great at the house. Internet service is spotty along the roads to Yosemite. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We'd stay here again. Thanks!

Great location. We were about 25 miles away from Yosemite and it took us about an hour to get to the entrance. The house was wonderful and the owner was quick to reply to any of our questions. House was very clean and that is my number one concern when I rent a place.

We had plenty of room. Neighborhood was quiet and pretty convenient for not staying directly in Yosemite. There were a couple of downfalls, the internet was spotty and we couldn't take showers in both bathrooms at the same time without running out of hot water, but we worked around it. Check-in and out was simple and convenient. Overall, we were very pleased.
