Light rail is nearby (West Bank) and also u university of Minnesota. Great location. Elevators are prompt after pushing button for a 14 story building and not wait long at all.”

“Warmly greeted. Great room on top floor! Excellent workout room with top of the line, good condition equipment. Convenient to have Tavola restaurant right in the building for dinner before concert (we could walk to) and a drink after. Second time staying here. ”

“This hotel is very nice! The easy access to the highway made everything quick and easy when driving in the city. Hotel room was clean and nice with a comfy bed. Hotel had a nice deep pool and a spa as well. Would highly recommend for anyone that doesn’t want to deal with center of Minneapolis traffic and driving!”

“It was nice hotel. I enjoyed the old time feel and the overall aesthetics of the building. The pool, hot tub and sauna were nice and well maintained. The attached restaurant was really nice but overpriced for what we ordered. Biggest complaints were the fridge in our room, froze everything that we put in it forcing us to eat out one of the nights we were there. When I spoke to someone about it at the desk, he told me I could pull the fridge out of the cabinet and turn the dial in the back! No,...

“Room had a musty odor the entire time and shower head is in need of replacement (sprayed everywhere and was not enjoyable). Only had one person checking out in the morning and had to wait a decent amount of time. I told him about the odor but he was frazzled with customers and phone ringing that I doubt anything will be addressed with the room. I’d recommend avoiding room 585. ”

“This hotel is two blocks from my condo, so I used it as a backup guest room. Worked fine for that purpose. Bed was comfortable, room furnishings were adequate. I will turn to it again the next time I have overnight guests.”

“This is not a hotel - it is a motel/inn. Our room set up is odd. The door opens right to the beds and the bathroom is at the end of the room. This setup allows us to hear everything outside the door (we are on the ground floor so lots of foot traffic). The toilet needs to be flushed twice in order to flush completely. The bathroom is extremely small and worn. Really expensive for the quality of the inn but it was during convocation ceremony season. Great proximity to university campus. Will not...
