“Clean, friendly, well designed hotel with wonderful amenities and a very good breakfast. The most important, and the worst part of the stay was the bed. Two star beds at best. ”

“This hotel has a fabulous location regarding Lake Winnipesaukee. I stayed there in March of 2025 and 2026 and both times paid a "resort fee" which consisted of nothing. The hotel staff were very nice. My room was clean, but run down. The furniture was scratched, gauged, and set up on blocks of wood. I will say the linens were clean, the amenities were so-so. “We picked this hotel due to its proximity to Waterville Valley ski area. The room was clean however the TV did not work which was a bummer but overall not a big deal. I would stay there again. ”

“We stayed for 2 days, it’s super cute, so convenient to be able to cook cook instead of going out. Room is good size, we had a beautiful Mountain View, the bed is lil on firm side if you like that, and the shower had nice hot water with great pressure! Would stay again for sure ”

“The easter buffet was over priced, my daughter just turned 12 and was charged as an adult..we literally had a couple pieces of bacon/sausage and a waffle…my son had a couple pieces of bacon and some fruit and it cost us $111, it was disappointing but the rest of the stay was amazing!”
