“Was easy to access from the train station via cab, easy to find and access intructions and communications with manager was great.Hot water was turned off on arrival so was cold until heating kicked in after working our the boiler.Bathroom had leaking hose behind the toilet and hotwater was not working well.”

“Excellent host, excellent location, and an excellent apartment. Adam was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. It was our first time using Vrbo, so we weren’t familiar with the app and missed some of the clear instructions that were listed. He kindly came to help us with the check-in and answered all of our questions. The apartment was very well located and well maintained. It is also very well equipped with everything you need, including a full kitchen. We definitely enjoyed our stay.”

“We are very grateful to Addalla for fitting us in at very short notice after our previous booking was cancelled 2 days prior to our visit. The location was excellent, easy walking distance of the Royal Mile and most tourist attractions. The flat was warm with lots of hot water, and was clean but basic. Mattresses could do with refreshing and the main bed was a double not kingsize.Thank you ”

“The apartment was in a great location. There is no mention of the 2nd bedroom being on a mezzanine floor so working out who slept where was tricky as we had a couple, 2 brothers and a female friend. Also it would be handy to be able to store luggage in the building somewhere as we arrived in Edinburgh at 10.30am and had our backpacks with us until 3pm. Please be aware that other guests can be noisy, we were woken up by very loud people at nearly 4am. Downstairs shower was noisy and the...

“The property was in a nice, quiet location and had all the amenities you could need (dishwasher, washer, hairdryer, etc.), but the wifi stopped working midway through the stay. The Royal Mile, and Princes street were all very walkable from the property. If you choose this property, make sure you go to the white door, not the brown door that was shown in the check in instructions. ”
